I had the most amazing experience with Sweet Gate! They baked my birthday cake, and it was absolutely perfect. Not only was it beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for, but it also tasted incredible—fresh, moist, and not overly sweet. The team was kind, professional, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. You can really tell they put care and attention into their work. This was the most expensive pastry shop I’ve tried, and unfortunately the quality didn’t match the price at all. I tried two different pastries (Zaboon & kamei), paid over $40, and both were disappointing in terms of taste. The flavors were overly sweet, and the cream puff pastry tasted burnt.👎 On the positive side, the shop was cozy and clean

Walk in Because of the high rating. bought four pastries, but they were incredibly unpalatable. They looked good, but the cake was hard and dry, probably because they had been sitting there for too long!!! I don't understand why they have such high ratings. I definitely don't recommend this store. won't come back again.

Very unstable food quality. First time when I bought a roll, it was very nice and tasty. But the second time, it’s a disaster. The cakes were too dry to eat, smelled like being stored overnight. I will never shop again. Don’t take your chance!

The cakes are absolutely not fresh, the sponge cake is dry, the cream has an unpleasant taste, like from the refrigerator. The Napoleon is hard, the butter in the cream is rancid. We were afraid to try other baked goods. We absolutely do not recommend it, there is a risk of poisoning from stale products.

I used to buy there, but today I came back after a while and my bread was full of mold, I went to return it and they didn't even apologize, they just wanted to exchange it for another one, I asked for my money back and they were even upset, I'm worried about me, because eating a little bit of that before I realized how old and full of fungus I was, it was a horrible experience.
