***Do NOT Trust This Company*** Terrible exchange rates, zero customer service, and rude staff with a bad attitude. I won’t be coming back.

Extremely disappointing experience. Despite transferring a modest amount, we were asked for excessive and unnecessary documentation and still had to wait 24 hours to receive the money. No other exchange operates with this level of distrust and inefficiency.

They told me on the phone that they accept both cash and e-transfer. This is after I specifically told them the amount I needed to transfer. When I went to their store to send money, they were still OK with e-transfer. Suddenly, while we're about to do the transaction, they changed their mind on the spot and said that they do not accept e-transfer. To me, this seems quite untrustworthy of them.

I don't understand why they ask for ID for transactions less than $2000. Its weird

Horrible experience. All they have are high currency dominations. When I complain they said it's my fault for not telling them I want. Never going back.
