I can't express how happy I am with my choice to work with Sep Immigration on my study permit. From the very beginning, I could obviously tell how professional they are when I had my initial consultation with Mr. Falahati. Every step of the way was executed with precision, attention to detail and efficiency. I was expecting this whole process to take longer and I was amazed by how quickly the team managed to get everything done. I had a deeply disappointing experience with this immigration office. The staff was consistently rude and unprofessional, showing little concern for accuracy or timeliness. There was a serious mistake made in my case, and not only did they fail to follow up, but they also showed no accountability or urgency in correcting it. The personnel handling my file appeared disorganized and inattentive, which caused unnecessary delays and stress. Even more concerning, the lawyer assigned to my case was completely unresponsive. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for clarification and support, I received no meaningful communication or assistance. Immigration matters are incredibly sensitive and require a high level of care and professionalism. Unfortunately, this office fell far short of what any client should expect. Unfortunately, I don't have a good experience with your team. I called your office almost two months ago and explained my whole situation. Your secretary assured me that you will accept my case. I came to your office and paid the amount (of course, it wasn't much) and when I talked to you, which didn't take more than five minutes, you said wouldn't accept it. You know the summary of the case before the client enters your office, and here, before charging, you can tell your secretary that you do not accept this case, but you did not do so, and this is not professional at all. As I said, the payment amount was small, but still after a month and a half when I was reminded, I don't feel good about this issue.

I am dissatisfied with the services provided by SEP Immigration Organization. They applied for work and study visas for me and my spouse. Despite our job being in the healthcare sector and having completed the necessary tests, they obtained restricted visas for us. Furthermore, they did not guide us in renewing our passports before applying for permits, even though we had sufficient time. As a result, we had to apply for both permits again. Now I reviewed my comment after two months Their inexact work caused us to still be involved in the process of reapplying for a visa, which has yet to yield results. Our case has been delayed for approximately five months. They did not take responsibility for their work and left our case remains incomplete. When we sought assistance with our case they responded with an unprofessional and irresponsible request for an additional consultation fee!!

I wish I could give zero stars. In my opinion, this person has absolutely no skills. They just take your money and play with people’s lives. It’s irresponsible and unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone: do not go to them under any circumstances.

I’m very disappointed with the consultation I received. Not only was the advice unhelpful, but I was also charged $250 for a consultation that most others provide for free. I feel this was unfair and wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone. I wanted to determine a NOC, so he didn’t give me a good advice.
