This company was paid $8,500 in good faith for legal services on immigration. After approximately eight months, the work paid for was not completed as agreed, despite repeated attempts to obtain updates and resolution. Based on this experience, I feel the client was treated unfairly and have suffered a significant financial loss. Their services has been terminated and a full refund is being sought. We have also filed, and intend to keep filing, formal complaints with the appropriate regulatory authorities and will pursue all legal remedies available to recover the funds. The person in the office even had the audacity to threaten the client with court actions to recover $3000 additional for a completed process that they never even started, this in mindblowing! I suggest everyone steer clear of this company as they are less than honest. I encourage anyone considering this firm to carefu

I am very grateful for the services that I have received from Chalk Son & Associates. I am also very thankful to Sogol for all the help that she has provide

Our family does not recommend anybody to use the services of this legal firm. For your money you will get horrible attitude, it will be sugar-coated, but nobody will care about you. In case if you will disagree with the service provided, you will be yelled at by one of the main persons - Ben Levi. For the amount of money they charge, they should of know, that the pictures you sent with your application should be dated and have an explanation on the back. I was told that we should not worry about it, they know what to do and everything will be done perfectly. In fact, our application was processed much longer than 1 year, and the explanation in the notes we ordered stated that the pictures cannot be considered, as they missed dates and description of activity! As the result, we had to submit a lot of additional information and to wait so much longer, even though our case was straight for
