I was honestly surprised by the variety — so many Iranian products and foods that I had missed and never expected to find here were available, and with great quality. Everything looked fresh, and you can clearly see that they pay attention to cleanliness and the quality of their products. The selection is truly impressive, and the size of the store makes shopping much more enjoyable. My only wish is that they stayed open a little later. Longer opening hours would make an already great supermarket even better. Definitely one of the best Persian supermarkets I’ve visited!

This review is for the food stand outside of the supermarket. We had the chicken wings which had a great flavour, however, all of them were raw with significant pink inside. This was a definite disappointment

I usually shop at Super khorak for my everyday grocery needs, and I find it to be a great Iranian grocery store that offers almost everything the Iranian community might need. I would especially like to thank Roya, who was working as a cashier during my visit. She was extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming. She even took the time to carefully pack my groceries into the bags, which showed genuine care and attention to customer service. Her kindness and professionalism made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. Employees like Roya make a real difference and reflect very positively on the store. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I BOUGHT PRE-PACKED GHORME SABZI ON 23RD OF OCT 2026, AROUND 5:30 . IT WAS SUCH A SALTY SALTY SALTY ONE I BARELY COULD TAKE IT EVEN WITH A LOT OF YOGURT. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME THIS WAS HAPPENING. I'M POINTING AT THE CHEF: MY FRIEND, YOU MUST HAVE TESTED THE FOOD FOR SURE BEFORE SELLING IT, WHY DID YOU LOOK THE OTHER WAY AND KEPT ON? THAT WAS HORRIBLE. I LOVE SALTY BUT THIS WAS A DISASTER, UPSETTING AND UNACCEPTABLE. BESIDES, WHY DO YOU PUT A LARGE PIECE OF FAT IN THE STEW TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE MEAT? WHAT IS THE POINT? Worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. There were two women working who spent the entire time talking to each other about their personal lives instead of helping customers. I stood there for about 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me or taking my order. In the end, I had to ask, “Is anyone taking orders here?” Their attitude was rude from the beginning. When my food was finally ready, they simply said, “Come get your food,” in an unfriendly tone. I’ve been coming here every year, but after today’s experience, I won’t be coming back. I don’t want to pay for food only to receive poor customer service and be ignored while employees continue their personal conversations instead of doing their jobs. I’m writing this while feeling so nauseous and with such a severe headache that I feel terrible. I’ve already drained a lot of the oil before taking this photo. Please be careful about the food you buy. I will also be pursuing this matter through legal channels.

A. Catering food quality is very inconsistent B. Inadequate hygiene for food handling and packaging. Food Quality: sometimes its acceptable, sometimes food is inedible. examples: 1 -Lamb and fava beans (Baghali Polo Mahiche) : sometimes it contains lots of dirt and sand, seems they haven't cleaned /washed the beans or the herbs before cooking. 2- I just Bought chicken and beef BBQ ( Vaziri) Its very salty unlike last time. 3- Once found a cock roach in their Ghaymeh stew 4- Some staff give you very little meat with the stews B. Food handling issues: 1- Some staff don't wear gloves while preparing and packaging the food 2-some staff handle money, credit cards then immediately go to packaging your food with same gloves and put their finger INSIDE the food container 3-I saw one of the staff reaching into the main rice container with her hand snacking on rice toppings ( pistachio and barbery

For years, I avoided shopping at Super Khorak because of concerns about pricing and product quality. Today, I had no choice but to stop by and buy hamburger buns for $5.49. Just a few minutes later, I found the exact same product, with the same brand, packaging, and label, at Super Arzan for $4.45. The extra dollar itself is not what bothers me. A dollar won’t make or break anyone. What concerns me is the principle behind it. When customers are charged significantly more for an identical product, it feels less like business and more like taking advantage of people’s trust and wallets. This experience reminded me exactly why I stayed away for so many years. Unfortunately, nothing has changed my impression.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with this store. After ordering Ghelyeh Fish (Persian fish stew), I found hair in the food (photo attached). When I called the store, without any proper investigation, they denied immediately and claimed it was “Indian tamarind thread” ! My question is simple: in your opinion, does the item shown in the photo look like hair or Indian tamarind thread? And how could they claim what it is without any investigation and deny the clear evidence? Is it anything other than poor hygiene, loss of responsibility and terrible customer service? Food hygiene is not something that can be ignored. I expected at least a responsible and respectful response.

Had such a great experience at Super Khorak, especially with the afternoon catering team. The place was very clean, the food smelled amazing, and everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Manizheh and Shirin for their kindness and professionalism — they really made the experience even better. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!
