I bought these pumpkin seeds from this store, and to my shock, a live worm came out of one of the seeds. This is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety issue. I will be filing an official complaint with the appropriate health and food safety authorities. Please be very careful before buying from this store.

Haft Seen Supermarket is always my first choice for buying high-quality and nostalgic Persian products. You can find everything you need for making traditional Persian dishes here — from herbs and spices to legumes, canned foods, frozen foods, and premium snacks like Lavashak. The gentleman who owns the store once told me their motto: “Don’t ask if we have it — ask where it is!” That pretty much sums up the experience. Highly recommended!

This was my first time coming here and I honestly loved it! I was so happy with everything. They have such a great selection of Iranian products, everything looked fresh and good quality, and the prices were really reasonable too. It genuinely gave me that feeling of home. I know I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I want good Iranian products without paying crazy prices.

I had a wonderful experience at Haft Sin Supermarket. The owner, Mr. Yazdani, is truly an exceptional person—very kind, warm, and incredibly generous. He always welcomes customers with a smile and even encourages them to taste and try different snacks before buying, which creates such a friendly and inviting atmosphere. It really feels like shopping in the traditional markets of Iran, but right here in Toronto.

Nice place where you can get persian bulk nuts, dried fruits and vegetables as well as jams a d pickles. Friendly and helpful service. I would go back.

Really disappointed with the direction this supermarket has gone over the last ten years - management lacks integrity, when being confronted that they sold old products they claim it’s the buyers fault. No proper solution offered to remediate issues. I would suggest saving your money and supporting other Persian supermarket businesses that stand by their products and their freshness.

Low-quality products at really high prices compared to other stores in the area example walnuts in shell !!!Definitely not worth shopping here.

"I purchased two rice cookers from this store, but unfortunately, neither of them worked for more than two weeks. When I contacted the owner to return them, they agreed, so I brought them back to the store. However, upon returning them, I was told that there is no guarantee because the rice cookers are counterfeit Pars Khazar products, and the store is not accepting responsibility. I am deeply disappointed with their lack of accountability."

Quality of dried fruits are very low compare to Tavazo and the store is very dirty, too manny patrons at the same time during lockdown. Stay away highly recommended.

My favorite is their delicious selection of dried nuts and fruit.

Staff said the price was reduced,and pickles don’t expire!
