FYI: THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED ATM!!!! Super frustrating experience at Naeb today. I’ve been a fan of their food ever since I discovered them 2 years ago but I dont think I’ll be coming back. I placed an order via Uber Eats and requested pick-up. The order was accepted and I left on time to pick up my dinner. Getting there I realize that not only was my food NOT made but that the restaurant was also not in service. Despite the clear indication online and Uber Eats regarding the times and openness of the store, it was CLOSED. This has now happened to me twice and I really don’t need a third. The least you can do as a business is ensure your operating hours are accurate.

Tried the Kebab Soltani at Naeeb Restaurant and honestly everything was delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and the whole meal tasted amazing from start to finish. You can really tell they care about quality. My only complaint is that the prices hit almost as hard as the kebab skewers 😄 Either lower the prices a little… or at least distract us with some live music while we recover financially. Still, definitely a great spot for high-quality Persian food.

We had such a great experience at Naeb! Kabab Soltani was absolutely delicious. Amir was so kind, warm, and welcoming, and truly made our visit even better. Great food & amazing hospitality. we’ll definitely be coming back!

This used to be a great restaurant and we’ve come here plenty of times, but this last time we went on a Saturday night and they didn’t have any of the kabobs. They only had koobide or jooje. They had “run out”, the worst part was they didn’t inform us before we sat down. The food was less than ok. The rice was stale and old and wasn’t the tahdig they are known for. You can see in the picture. We asked them to replace the rice and the server was pretty annoyed. When we were ready to pay they asked if we can pay cash or e-transfer only and their debit machine doesn’t work… this is definitely not a restaurant experience. People spend their time and hard earned money and it’s a shame that “restaurants” don’t keep a standard. Unfortunately will not be coming back. Even though this used to be a go to restaurant for us. Do better!

I recently dined at Naeb with group of our friends, and was utterly transported. This isn’t just a meal; it’s a warm, flavorful embrace of Persian hospitality and culinary artistry. The star, unquestionably, is the food. Each dish was a masterpiece of balanced flavors. We started with fresh Bread and cheese 🧀 . For mains, the Chelo Kabab Koobideh was sublime: perfectly seasoned, juicy minced lamb/beef with a hint of char, served over buttery saffron rice. The Fesenjan was a revelation—tender chicken in a rich, complex sauce of ground walnuts and pomegranate that was both sweet and deeply savory. Our experience was made even better by our phenomenal waiters, Fred and Dorna. Their service was the perfect complement to the meal—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. Never been before but decided to drop by last night on my way home to get some take-out and the service and food was fantastic. There was a very friendly and knowledgeable young woman working the front who gave excellent recommendations for what I might enjoy. She even offered a complimentary (unless it automatically comes with the meal) soup that at first, I was iffy about, but after trying it, was delicious both warm and cold the next day.

I truly appreciated the hospitality and the quality of the food here, along with the 30% fall discount. I highly recommend the kabab and their house-made drink dough.

I’d been going here for quite some time as they have great platters. However the service is often inconsistent. What irked me was last time I was in (a few months have passed) the server was trying to insist that they have never served wine when I ordered a glass. They did, I have witnesses lol. It was just a really odd interaction and could have been handled much better.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in Toronto. We went on a Friday night and were literally the only customers there. It was so unusually empty that I actually called from outside to make sure we had the right location. I was told that since they moved, business has been very slow despite advertising heavily on Instagram. Unfortunately, after eating there, I understood why. The food was tasteless, unpleasant-smelling, and the kebab was burnt. There was no chef or owner present, yet the prices were comparable to much better restaurants in Toronto. I was also told I would receive a 20% discount, but when it was time to pay, I was told it was only for a future visit. Idk what happened weeks between the dishes being made but we’ve come here for years birthdays gatherings or even just for a random lunch and I always get the same thing because of how amazing it was and it’s one of the only kebabs I love the torsh kebab, the quality difference between 6 months and now is night and day the picture i posted the first one is the after and the second picture is the before this is 6 months difference and weeks ago the previous reviews don’t even look THIS bad. the tenderloin was dry overcooked the bottom was burnt and crunched as it was eaten and it was FLAT cut into huge chunks instead of its usual strips, the molasses seemed to be watery and on everywhere but the kebab i had to ask for more molasses they even forgot my pickled cabbage and don’t get me started on the tahdig, our appetizers and bread came 10 minutes after the food after asking about them whil

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant fell short of expectations. The service was slow and inattentive — we waited a long time between being seated, having our order taken, and actually receiving our food. Staff seemed overwhelmed and inefficient throughout the visit. On top of that, the prices didn't match the quality of the food. Given what we paid, we expected a much better experience — the portions and taste didn't justify the cost. Overall, I probably wouldn't return, and I'd think twice before recommending it to others.

We were really disappointed with our recent visit to Naeb in Thornhill. We've dined at the Richmond Hill location several times and have always had a great experience, so the difference between the two locations was immediately noticeable. The service started off poorly, as we waited a very long time for our appetizers to arrive. Then, once they finally came, the main courses followed almost immediately, making us feel rushed instead of allowing us to enjoy our meal at a comfortable pace. The food at the Thornhill location also lacked the quality, flavour, and consistency we've come to expect from Naeb. Some dishes seemed rushed, kebabs are dry, tasteless and chewy, and the overall experience just didn't live up to the standard set by the Richmond Hill restaurant. We know how good Naeb can be based on our experiences at the Richmond Hill location, which made this visit even more disap
