Pizza Shab

We visited with friends on a Sunday, and it was not very busy. We ordered two large special pizzas and a full-size Bomb Lati sandwich. Hands down, this is one of the best Persian pizza spots in the Toronto area. The pizzas are Persian-style, generously loaded with toppings, and packed with flavor. The Bomb Lati sandwich was equally impressive—fully loaded, fresh, and incredibly tasty. The portions are huge and can easily be shared by two to three people. The only downside is the parking. Street paid parking is available but often hard to find spots. The service was excellent as well. The lady at the front, Viana, was super friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for authentic Persian-style pizza with generous portions and great service, Pizza Shab is definitely worth a visit.

Delicious pizza and friendly staff. I really enjoyed the food—it tasted fresh and well made. The only downside was that the restaurant felt a bit too cold for dine-in during the winter. Overall, a great spot for quality pizza!

We went to this restaurant on a Saturday with my kids and family. We had a great experience, great service and the pizza are the most fresh and authentic toppings I can ever got! We ordered 2 10 inches pizza a veggie and a mushroom and beef. Both were finished without one bit left! Thank you

Quite disappointing experience. Paid $47 for a 12inch pizza and one pop that tasted same as any franchise pizza while half the size. Pizza doesn't have any sauce, just toppings. You can go to any mid scale restaurant and order a pizza that will be made fresh, served to you at the table with proper cutlery and plates(unlike paper plates and plastic cups here) and still would cost less. Please just stay away from here and go to any pizza store which will have same pizza for way less money.

We went to Pizza Shab in Richmond Hill and tried the Meat Lover and Chicken Lover pizzas. Both were super delicious! 😋🍕 A big shoutout to Mrs. Mahgol, who was so sweet, friendly, and welcoming! She made our experience even better. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back! ❤️

Awesome food

I am writing this review based on their Chicago deep dish style pizza, I don't know how the rest of the pizzas are and I won't ever find out cause of how bad this one was. This pizza was horrible, there was either very minimal sauce or no sauce at all. Some parts of the pizza were cool while other parts were hot. It was just dough and cheese and beef for $35, way to expensive, and it wasn't thick like a chicago style pizza either. To market it as "chicago style deep dish pizza" is a disgrace to actual chicago deep dish pizza. I had to take it home and add my own tomato sauce on top with parmesan cheese and even then I couldn't eat it. We had a few slices cause we were starving and didn't eat all day and then this just ruined our appetites at the end of the night.

I had a very disappointing experience with the order from Pizza Shab. My order was placed at 8:44 PM and was not delivered until 10:27 PM, resulting in a delay of nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes. During this entire time, no delivery driver was assigned, and there was no meaningful communication or update about the delay. While I understand that busy periods can happen, the lack of proactive communication made the experience frustrating, especially since I had guests waiting for dinner. What was even more disappointing is that the restaurant claimed a fresh pizza was prepared before dispatch, but the pizza I received did not appear freshly made and seemed more like it had been reheated rather than remade. I understand that DoorDash was responsible for assigning a driver, but the issue goes beyond the delivery delay itself. The order took nearly two hours to arrive, and as the restaurant

Unfortunately i went to Pizza Shab because of my friend’s recommendation saying they have really authentic Persian Pizzas, but clearly he didn’t know what Persian pizza is supposed be like. I regret spending time and money at Pizza Shab restaurant since their food quality, ingredients texture and service DID NOT meet our expectations. We used to always go to Grill Gate for Persian Pizzas which is always top notch. This was a mistake, the pizza they give you in the store is a very average low quality, however the price doesn’t reflect that, they charge you price of a premium pizza but the in fact Domino’s Feast Pizzas taste much better. I will not be visiting this restaurant ever again and wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. I ordered both pizza and a sandwich from this place and honestly, it was one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. The sandwich was inedible – I could barely take one bite because the meat had a strong, unpleasant odor. The ingredients used were clearly of the lowest quality, especially the cheese, which tasted cheap and artificial. What makes it even worse is the price. Their pizza costs more than what I pay at authentic Italian restaurants where they actually use fresh mozzarella cheese and you can see them making it in an open kitchen. The quality here doesn’t even come close, yet the price is higher. Extremely disappointing – poor quality ingredients, bad taste, and completely overpriced. Definitely not worth it.

Very disappointing. The pizza was overpriced and the dough was undercooked and raw in parts. For the price of one pizza, I expected much better quality. Definitely not worth the money :/
