Shatter Abbas Restaurant is amazing! The Persian food tastes just like home — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I came in for lunch, and the person taking my order was so kind and welcoming, they even offered me free tea. The restaurant is spotless, the portions are huge, and the value is unbelievable. There are a lot of options in Toronto, but when I’m in town, this is the place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend!

Really great restaurant experience 👌 I’ve ordered pickup from here several times, and the food is always fresh and delicious. I also dined in once, and the quality was just as great. While waiting, they even brought tea and took great care of their customers, which I really appreciated. A special thanks to Fatemeh, who is incredibly kind and lovely, and Mahan, who also works there—they both make the experience even better. Highly recommend 🙌

We had the koobideh meal and it was so good! The meat was flavorful, tender, and cooked perfectly. Everything tasted fresh and the portions were great. We really enjoyed our meal and would definitely come back again!

I order take out food for my gathering so many times and the quality is impressive. They pack the food so beautifully, so I can just open it and serve! The meat is fresh. I ordered all kabobs and baghalipolo. They offer me a complimentary tea while I was waiting for my food. Very nice staff.

The food was absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, the quality was great, and we really enjoyed every dish we ordered. Everything was perfectly prepared, Our server was Rozhan She was super friendly, patient and her kindness really stood us out We never felt rushed, She took her time explaining the menu, answered all our questions, and helped us choose the best options and portions for our group size. She made sure we ordered just the right amount of food and that everyone was happy with their choices. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

This was a very excellent place! service was amazing, food tasted like how my mom makes it, music was great, and the overall atmosphere was great!

Service wasn’t good at all, we asked the waitress to bring us water for more than 3 times, and then for salad she didn’t bring dishes!! The kebab wasn’t feel like it cooked well, and they brought our meal without tomato which is always necessary for a kebab dish! Then after we asked for tomato, the waitress simply said “out chef forgot to put it in your plate” And after two times of requesting for tomato, she finally brought them with so much of attitude!! At the end, after we complained, the owner of restaurant apologized to us, but they kept say that my staff are new and just started last week and they don’t know much about serving! I understand that waiters might be new and haven’t been trained properly, but it’s the restaurant manager’s responsibility to train their staff before asking them to do the actual job!!

I went to Shatter Abbas and ordered the Shishlik, but honestly, it was a disappointing experience. The customer service was very poor — the person at the cashier was on their personal phone while taking my order and didn’t pay attention. They didn’t even ask if I wanted a drink, yet added a random orange Fanta to my order without mentioning it. The quality of the food was bad and I mean very bad, the meat had a strong unpleasant smell, and the rice tasted old and stale. On top of that, the price was ridiculously high ,around $45 for this meal. Overall, I’m really dissatisfied and would not recommend this restaurant.

The food was good but they overcharged us and we didn’t realize that one . The amount for overcharged was not that much but it is not good customer service when they charge you for something which you didn’t get . Even we asked for the bill and she said why you need the bill. We went there on Thursday night and we noticed that when we reach home. Overcharging is not acceptable. Please be aware of that you may get extra charge without notice

Poor quality food besides poor management! This restaurant used to be known for its great quality and tasty Kababs. However nowadays not worth spending any money. All of our dishes cane with burnt kababs, bbq tomato was stale and onions were old and smelly

The soup was served ice cold, and honestly the rest of the food wasn’t any better. On top of that, the staff were disrespectful and unprofessional. Such a disappointing experience definitely not worth it.

I've ordered 3 portions of Kebab as our Valentine dinner, I've got disappointed also shocked by the quality of the food. Even though I mentioned 3 time in special instruction part that please make sure the meat is well done , all the Kebabs were uncooked let alone well done! It was like they put raw meat on top of the rice and that was Gross!!! The foods were also very cold. This was not my first order from there but it's gonna be my last order ! Such a shame in my Valentine's surprise !
