I’ve been coming to this Dental Clinic for roughly 10 years, I can’t say enough wonderful things. This mother daughter duo is amazing and thorough. Very gentle, very kind, and they help you come up with a plan to attack your oral hygiene concerns. The receptionists are very helpful, and they work close with your insurance providers as well as the Canadian Dental Plan provided by the government. I thank this clinic for all the great work they’ve done for me.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr Mona and Dr Houra ! I came in with tooth pain, and they both went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for.They were incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional throughout the entire process.Their genuine care and support made such a difference.I couldn’t be happier with my experience and am truly grateful to both of them. I had my dental cleaning, fillings, and wisdom tooth extraction done here, and every experience has been excellent. The communication before, during, and after each appointment was clear and professional, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Dr. Mona. She is incredibly gentle, patient, and detail-oriented. I was honestly nervous about having my tooth extracted, but the procedure was much easier than I expected. I didn’t feel any pain during the extraction, and even more surprisingly, I experienced virtually no swelling or pain during my recovery. I was also very impressed by the post-operative care. The team called me every day after my surgery to check on my recovery and remind me to take my medication, which made me feel truly cared for. Amazing dentist and staffs! I’ve been with Dr Houra for more than ten years and she’s very nice and professional. Recently I recommended her to my father and he’s very pleased with his dental exams and treatments. Also the clinic has staffs speaking Mandarin Chinese that suits my father’s needs.

I wasn't able to afford much needed dental care until recently. I needed a number of difficult extractions of teeth that had broken off at the gum line, including a canine tooth. Thanks to the cheerful and knowledgeable help of the front desk staff member, I was able to get the most coverage possible under the Canada Dental Care Plan. Dr. Mona and her assistant were able to quickly and efficiently develop a treatment plan that took into account my scheduling needs, CDCP coverage and my budget. It was

I’ve been seeing Dr. Saadat and Dr. Kim for 3 years in their downtown location and I have been so happy with their service. The front desk staff are always so sweet and welcoming, and the dental hygienist and dentists always take such good care of my teeth. I recently got a tooth chip on my vacation and they were able to book me in immediately and repair the chip so my smile is back to normal. I’m so sad they have closed their downtown location since it means I have to find a new dentist.

This place is a scam for insurance. Be aware of their approach. They do the treatment without mentioning the full amount and then charge at the rate the insurance never covers. I had to switch this place because of this issue and recommend to stay away from this place!

HORRIBLEEEE experience. WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN. The receptionist was rude, and Dr. Houra the dentist that owns the clinic I believe was super unprofessional. Here's the long story. I went there today for my regular cleaning. I have a newborn at home so I wanted to make this a quick get in and out trip. First, the assistant (who was lovely) takes whole bunch of x rays and I was like ok that's fine since it's been awhile ago when I had them last. Then I'm just sitting there waiting for good 10 minutes and I was like ok that's fine I can wait about 10 mins. Then finally Dr.Houra comes in with her cell phone on speaker phone and proceeds to clean 2 of my tooth and then suddenly gets up and leaves. Then she's talking to her bank customer service on speaker phone in the room next door for another 10 minutes while i'm laying on the chair all the way down. Even then I was willing to let

This is with regards to Invisalign treatment I had done at this clinic between 2022-2024. During one of my visits during the treatment, Dr. Houra polished one of my teeth down excessively and made it so thin that it looked unsightly and caused me pain. Later I had to pay an extra $400 to have a filling done onto the side of that tooth to make it look normal. There were no apologies offered. And this was Dr. Houra herself who did this, not her assistant. I am very disappointed with her service. For someone advertising her platinum credentials for such an expensive treatment, I would have expected much better. Or at least an acknowledgement of her error. They're very quick to rope customers in for Invisalign, but provided poor service. Wouldn't recommend this place for Invisalign.

Based on positive comments I went there for a cleansing first and was recommended for a cavity treatment of 2 teeth as prevention. It was a disaster : I was still able to eat and chew Before, now quite difficult even after 1,5 month ! I was told that it would take 2 months for my cavity to Recover. I'll have to go back to my previous dentist. Actually you have more problem going to this dentist ! Avoid this place esp. Dr M !

I went there for a regular cleaning and they made me waited for 30 mins. No explanation or anything until i asked why i need to wait for such a long time for my appointment. It was a horrible and very unprofessional experience and they did not respect patients time. Not recommend anyone to go there

I love the work they’ve done to my tooth from cleaning, filling and extraction!
