I had such a positive experience at this clinic. Dr. Neli was amazing, very professional, thorough, and kind. The entire team was friendly and made me feel really comfortable. The assessment was detailed and thoughtful, which I really appreciated. I also booked a one-hour massage with Shoji, and it was incredible, so relaxing and exactly what I needed. I'm sharing my personal experience so others can make an informed choice. I went to Synergy Rehabilitation & Sports Clinic for neck and back issues. I received chiropractic adjustments from Dr Raffi on my first and second visits. After my X-rays, I was told the results showed possible craniocervical instability (instability where the skull meets the neck). The written report recommended avoiding neck manipulation until further imaging was done. Even so, I was still placed on a machine that stretched and flexed my neck. I also told the clinic I may have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a connective tissue condition that affects joint stability. I was still placed on several machines after sharing this. In my experience, I did not feel my conditions were properly taken into account, and I did not feel fully informed of the risks before treatment. After my visits, I was in significant pain, my

She always makes me feel comfortable and cared for, and I’ve noticed such a positive difference since seeing her. You can really tell that she genuinely cares about her patients and loves what she does. I always leave my appointments feeling so much better. Saw improvements immediately and continuing treatments for long term care

In May 2025, I did head to this center for getting treatment. All the staff and the doctor were so nice and great except for one woman named Masi who was impolite, aggressive, nervous and rude. She insulted me and did even listen to me. I will never go here because of this rude woman.

I recommend that patients take a moment to review all treatment and device bills — even weeks or months after their visit. It’s always helpful to ensure the charges reflect the services received!

Very sketchy business practices. Not sure why I even decided to come here, been lied too, cheated, and scammed and now they are trying to double charge my insurance company on one visit and now are trying to charge me out of pocket. They refused to give me my receipt the day of and assured me that the charge for this visit would be $150 and they would bill my insurance company directly. I left but felt uneasy about it as a PROFESSIONAL buissness cannot refuse a customer their receipt. I decided to call back minutes after leaving to speak directly with DR.NADER RAFFI, the head of the practice but the receptionist would not transfer my call over and re-assured me the visit was only $150, and that I could pick up my receipt on my next visit. I had to pratically beg them to provide me with the invoice and still have not received even when I asked for it to be emailed to myself. I had to go

No responsibility, I booked for first visit and left my job from markham and drove half hour to see doctor Nader Raffi. He was not in office.

Avoid going to this clinic , the doctor put a lot of pressure on my back with his hands, and I could not move for 3 weeks, the doctor is really irresponsible and money-loving. Don’t go there کمر منو شکوندن ،
