Dr. Hormozdi is experienced, attentive, and always takes the time to listen carefully before offering thoughtful advice. I have been so lucky to have Dr, Eftekhari as of my family doctor . She is incredibly knowledgeable and also genuinely compassionate. She is going above and beyond to provide the best care and find the underlaying factors of my issues and not just to fix the symptoms. Amazing staffs as well , very friendly and efficient. I can not thanks enough her and her team for the wonderful care they providing to me and my family.

Dr. Mahsa Mashoofar and her rude receptionist are the most unprofessional people I have encountered at this clinic. This doctor has been my family doctor ever since I’ve been living in Richmond Hill and my mom switched her doctor due to distance reasons but I did not! I’ve just been busy and haven’t been to the doctor for a while maybe about 4-5 years. Earlier in January I called to book an appointment and I did let them know I haven’t been there for a while and the receptionist was super rude saying I’ve betrayed Dr. Mashoofar and if I come in and they open my profile and see I’ve seen another doctor they won’t take me in for an appointment.

Dr. Eftekhari is the sweetest, caring and most knowledgeable family physician, however her receptionists have been the rudest for the past few years. It's a big disappointment to see Dr.'s rating go down the drain for hiring unqualified receptionist staff. I will update my review with further interactions upon noticing some improvement in communication skills and basic customer service.
