Ive had an excellent experience with Dr. Rassam. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Dr. Rassam is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to really listen to any concerns. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed during my appointment. We liked him so much that he is now our family doctor for my wife and kids. What stood out most was the genuine care and attention to detail, it’s clear that patient comfort and well-being are a top priority. I was a patient of Dr. Majid Boozari for nearly eight years, and my experience was deeply disappointing. Two years ago, I presented with kidney pain and abnormal blood test results. An ultrasound was performed, and I was told I had a kidney stone and that no follow-up or further investigation was necessary, despite my concerns. I was repeatedly reassured that it would resolve on its own. No follow-up imaging or monitoring was arranged over the following years. In December, my symptoms escalated to severe pain and visible blood in my urine. After changing physicians, further testing revealed a 5 cm tumor in my kidney, later confirmed as kidney cancer. I am now undergoing treatment and will lose my right kidney. What is especially concerning is that after years of no medical follow-up, the clinic contacted me only to request an updated health card version code for billing a phone consul

Dr Rassam is a great doctor. After moving we struggled to find another family doctor who would care about patience. He would listen to your concerns and actually run the tests as needed without brushing you off like many do. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful. We would always get help. We still miss Dr Rassam and if you like to have him as a doctor don’t be quick to judge cause maybe you don’t get the typical North American smile but you get old school professional who actually knows what he is doing.

No patient care at all from Dr Rassam. We have been in a lot of stress because he don't care about his patients. He started our first couple of visits with a smile and he seemed to be a nice caring doctor. Afterwards, we had 2 medical issues that needed a referral to a specialist. He didn't even bother to call for follow-up. Found an email in spam for ultrasound Really horrible experience and don't recommend for anyone

By far the rudest receptionist I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I simply asked if there were appointments available. Lots of walk in clinics offer appointments so this question should not have warranted such a rude response. Especially since I have been to this clinic before WITH appointments. "this is a walk in clinic and we're not open tomorrow so I don't know who you're trying to reach". I'm trying to reach a doctors office to make an appointment for my son. A simple, 'unfortunately, we do not take appointments at our office anymore', would suffice. I'll never understand how people like this are allowed to work in such an important place such as a doctors office. Quit your job if you hate it, "Mimi".

I find Dr Hanna to be very unprofessional. She asks me very personal questions about birth control methods and voices her personal opinion. She is very clearly pro-life and she makes it very obvious that she is pro-life. She asked if I would keep the baby or not, if I got pregnant. What kind of doctor asks such a question? She asks me this same question almost every time I see her, and I find it extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.

I recently signed up with the center. I am writing this review as I am waiting for the doctor. For my first appointment, I had to wait for an hour or so. The receptionist assured me it was a one off thing and would not happen again. Today, it has been 1 hour and 30 minutes so far and I am still waiting to see the doctor for an appointment I booked days in advance. I don't know who manages the scheduling of this clinic but without a shred of doubt, they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I will not be returning and will find a new doctor and highly suggest anyone looking for a new GP skip this practice.

Dr. Rassam is very attentive. He listens to his patients and attends to their needs. He takes time to explain and answers questions patiently. He provides referral and requisitions timely, but sometimes I need to follow up. That is a general issue with Canadian-healthcare, patients always needs it follow up themselves.
