I had such a amazing experience with Dr. Elahi and his team. From the beginning, I felt really comfortable and knew I was in good hands. Everything went so smoothly. Dr. Elahi was so kind and took the time to actually listen to what I wanted. I got exactly what I asked for but better. I’m really happy with how everything has gone so far I love my results. I also want to mention Samantha because she was honestly the sweetest throughout the whole process. I underwent liposuction with Dr. Elahi on two separate occasions. At the time, I was hoping for a long-term improvement in my weight and health. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. After both procedures, I eventually regained the weight. What concerns me most is that much of the weight appears to have returned as abdominal/visceral fat rather than the subcutaneous fat that was removed. Since then, I have developed fatty liver disease and other health issues, which has caused me significant concern and regret about having undergone the surgeries. In my case, I do not feel that the long-term risks and the possibility of weight regain were adequately explained. Had I fully understood the potential outcomes, I may have made a different decision. I have had surgery with Dr. Elahi twice and can honestly say that Dr. Elahi and his team are amazing. Dr. Elahi is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. I underwent multiple surgeries at the same time under his care. After the first surgery, I woke up shaking, and the scar on my breast ended up being 14 cm long, even though I had the same surgery before with only a 3 cm scar. My breast didn’t need to be enlarged—just lifted. For the second procedure, he had to repeat the surgery five times because he kept transferring the fat to the wrong area, causing me a lot of pain and suffering. Each time, he admitted his mistake but still failed to correct it properly."*

AVOID THIS SURGEON AT ALL COSTS! This review is written with the greatest regret I have with putting my trust into Dr. Elahi having ever touched my face. Since having my first rhinoplasty in 2020 I have had 3 additional revisions because the outcome had always worsened. Before every revision was done there was always a response “you’re still healing” “it’s scar tissue” “I see the issue, we can fix it”. Coming to someone with a cosmetic concern, you would believe they have to have an artistic touch and pay attention to detail in order to even be allowed or qualified for this line of work. And being that he follows the surgical guidelines process (how to open the nose, shave and close or using sterilised tools) bringing it to one’s attention as I just attempted they completely dismissed by case. Had a bra line back lift that left me missing a part if my breast. They offered breast implants for $7,000 Instead of $12,000. Dr.Elahi did do a revision to try and make them even, but made matters worse. I tried to get a partial refund just to cover the costs of travel and accommodations to see a new surgeon but was told "no". When I told Samantha that I feel like I need to be reporting Dr.E to the college of physicians, she replied "do what ever you need to do". I am now left with my womanhood destroyed. I recently underwent a surgery with Dr MM Elahi, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I feel compelled to share my concerns so that others can make an informed decision. First and foremost, the discharge process was shockingly premature. Patients were abruptly woken up from their dosage of anesthesia and released immediately after, without any option to rest and recover even for an additional 10 minutes. This lack of post-anesthesia care is not only dangerous, but also leads to serious complications. In fact, I was bleeding on the way home in the car, my wife was shocked and feeling scared and helpless, she could not concentrate on the road since I was nearly unconscious. Moreover, the quality of care provided was substandard. They wrapped my body in cheap, low-quality soaking pads that are more suited for animals than patients. Unfortunately Dr. Elahi not only didn't perform proper surgery but also when we had booked to see him in preparation for 2nd surgery his staff asked us to come at a different date than originally scheduled offering the excuse that Dr. Elahi had to attend his son's graduation. When we finally met with Dr. Elahi he was upset and abrupt and told us he couldn't have see us because he had to teach at university. This wasn't first time he had changed our scheduled appointments but this time he just lied to us. In short think twice before hiring him.

I recently underwent thigh lift and arm lift surgeries performed by Dr. M.M Elahi, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I had bad experience with visiting him . One of my specialist introduced him to us as a best and kind doctor.We was waiting for about 2-3 hours in hospital to visit him. We me and my son visited him after long waiting,he looked at my sons issue and said to Secretary who referrals these patients to me in front of us , he said several time i told you i don’t accept this minor issue.
