Dr. Saber and her staff are incredible! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and listened to. Dr. Saber took the time to explain about condition, treatment, and she answered every question I had without making me feel rushed. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, top-tier care! However, you need to call in advance and the waiting time might long as she has many patients.

Extremely Disappointing Experience: Poor Communication and Lack of Patient Care I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that people should be aware before depending on this clinic for medical help. On more than one occasion, the information posted online did not match what was actually happening at the clinic. I arrived expecting the office to be accepting patients, only to discover nobody was available and there was no clear explanation provided. After waiting and asking around, I was told the doctors would not be available until much later. There had been no update online and no effort made to inform patients ahead of time. The most upsetting situation involved my sister, who was dealing with intense migraine symptoms and desperately needed medical attention. We brought her in believing she would be seen quickly, but instead we encountered delays, confusio

I booked an appointment for 5:30 PM, but I wasn’t seen by the doctor until around 7:30 PM. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful. They kept telling me they “don’t do appointments,” even though they were the ones who booked my appointment in the first place. To make things worse, I watched 4–5 people who arrived after me get called in to see the doctor before I did. If appointments aren’t actually honored, then there’s no point in offering them. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Don’t even waste your time or energy on them.

Terrible experience. The attitude from the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. It felt like they had no interest in helping patients at all, and the overall feeling was basically “come if you want, or don’t come — we don’t care.” A clinic should make patients feel respected and supported, but this place did the opposite. This is, without a doubt, the worst walk-in clinic I have encountered in years. My warning to the community is not based on a single isolated incident, but a pattern of gross operational failure across two consecutive visits. During my first visit, I relied on their official website which explicitly states they open at 9:00 AM. I arrived at 9:10 AM to find the clinic entirely abandoned—no medical staff, no administrative personnel, and an empty reception desk. The only reason I discovered the clinic doesn't actually open until 10:00 AM was because the adjacent pharmacy staff had to inform me. Absolutely unacceptable experience today. I called ahead and was specifically told to come at 6 PM. After driving 1 hour to get there, I arrived at 6:01 PM and the Chinese receptionist immediately turned me away and told me to come back tomorrow. This clinic has always been my go-to place because the Persian receptionist is usually kind, respectful, and actually knows how to treat patients properly. Unfortunately, today’s receptionist showed zero professionalism, zero empathy, and complete disrespect for people’s time. Why tell patients to come at 6 if you refuse to accommodate them over a 1-minute delay? People have jobs, responsibilities, and long commutes. I did not waste 2 hours driving back and forth just to be dismissed at the door. Someone with this kind of attitude should not be working at the front desk dealing with patients.
