I had an appointment for an ultrasound at this place. Front desk staff are very courteous and professional. The waiting area is comfortable. It's a house converted to a diagnostic. The technician, a lady, was very kind and professional. She double checked my name, the reason why I am there and gave clear instructions. There was another staff, a trainee, who took my consent verbally, for me to allow her be in the room, during the procedure. The gowns were clean. The staff even alerted me about a step which is on the way to the testing room. Highly recommend this place.

Wow what a great little place,small house doing so many things.Two ladies at reception friendly and helpful,down loaded my requisitions for me and even gave me me the requisition for my blood work which was in the same email. I was a walk-in and got xrays and ultrasound of my hips in an hour.Two gentleman who did them were efficient,polite and friendly.Would highly recommend recommend this clinic.

My main concerns were the parking situation and the reception experience. I was stated that free parking is available, but when I arrived, the very limited parking area was completely full. There appeared to be only a handful of spaces, and there was no other clearly designated parking for patients. I was told to park at the nearby Rexall, but when I asked whether my vehicle would be safe there, the receptionist’s response was dismissive and did not give me confidence that this was an authorized or safe option. I also found the reception experience unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. From the moment I explained that there was nowhere to park, the interaction felt dismissive rather than helpful. I understand that staff can have busy days, but patients should still be treated respectfully, especially when they are already arriving for a medical appointment and are trying to figure out whe

Very Disappointing experience in this clinic👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I attended this clinic for my NT ultrasound and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The technician appeared rushed and impatient throughout the appointment. There was minimal explanation provided, and I did not feel comfortable asking questions. NT ultrasounds can be stressful for expectant parents, and a calm, informative approach is important. I left feeling unsettled rather than reassured. I hope the clinic considers improving patient communication and bedside manner.

My wife went to this clinic for an ultrasound and waited for approximately an hour and a half without being called. During that time, two people who appeared to be friends or acquaintances of the staff were taken ahead of her for their ultrasounds. It was extremely frustrating and felt completely unfair. We ended up wasting almost two hours of our time. When we politely questioned the situation, instead of explaining or addressing our concern professionally, the staff became extremely rude and started yelling at us. We were told, “If you’re not happy, leave. We’re not doing your ultrasound.” This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. The appointment scheduling was poorly managed, and customers were being moved ahead of others based on the staff’s personal discretion, completely disregarding the scheduled order. The person performing the ultrasound was especially rude and short-tempered and showed very little professionalism or respect toward patients. This clinic seriously needs to improve its appointment management and customer service. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. You don't even pay attention to what is written .

I am extremely disappointed with the way we were treated. I brought my son in for an X-ray, and despite arriving before several other patients, we were repeatedly passed over while people who arrived after us were called in first. By the end, my son was the last patient waiting. After waiting for a long time, I finally expressed my frustration to the staff and questioned why we had been skipped repeatedly. Only after I complained did they call my son in for his X-ray. From what I observed, every patient who was called ahead of us after we had checked in was Iranian, which made the situation feel unfair and gave the impression that we were being treated differently. Whether intentional or not, this experience left me feeling that the process was neither fair nor respectful. Healthcare facilities should treat every patient equally and prioritize patients based on medical need or arrival
