I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. My main concern is that I was removed as a family patient because I visited a walk-in clinic, which is not prohibited in Ontario when a patient already has a family physician. Patients may seek care from a walk-in clinic when they have ongoing or worsening medical concerns. The reason I went to a walk-in clinic was not because I wanted to avoid my family doctor. I first followed the normal process with Dr. Reza Makhaei. After my knee problem developed, an X-ray was performed and the result was reported as normal. Because my symptoms continued, I requested an ultrasound, explaining that family members who are physicians advised that an ultrasound would be helpful in this situation. I recently switched to MediOne Physicians and glad I did. Dr. Bayan Shariati is one of the few doctors who has ever made me feel genuinely calm and comfortable. I have a really bad fear of doctors and medical appointments, but she is patient, kind, and reassuring. She takes my concerns seriously, listens without judgment, and never makes me feel dismissed or rushed. Her calm approach makes such a difference, and I’m very grateful to have found a doctor like her. The staff are great as well and booking appointments is very easy and simple to do.

I waited 3 weeks for this appointment. At the beginning of the visit, I explained to Dr. Rahila Ashaya that my English is limited and that I use a translation app on my phone to communicate. I came prepared with a written list of my health concerns and symptoms. I answered the questions that I understood and did my best to communicate. However, when I did not understand one of Dr. Ashaya’s questions, the appointment took a different direction. Instead of continuing to discuss my health concerns, Dr. Rahila Ashaya began searching online for Russian-speaking doctors while I was sitting in front of her. She showed me search results and insisted that there were many Russian-speaking doctors available. In my experience, finding a Russian-speaking family doctor is not easy. the most horrible clinic ever! the customer service is terrible and even less than one star! for example when you call in for something emergency they put you on hold for a long time! the way they appreciate customers is not acceptable!!! They remove my husband and I as a family patient because I told Dr Sharestani the Medione dermatology is far away from me and please refer me to somewhere closer!! He said ok but he terminated my husband and I without notifying us!!!!! we find out ourselves when we needed an appointment immediately 4 month after our termination!!!! not recommended at all!!!!! 👎👎👎

Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived on August 31st just before 4:00 PM, only to wait 20 minutes before being informed that the physician had decided to stop seeing patients early for the day. If clinic intake cuts off prior to posted closing hours, or if clinic hours differ from pharmacy hours, this needs to be clearly communicated up frony, not after keeping patients sitting in the lobby. Unprofessional management of patient time and misleading operating hours.

Show up for a 3pm appointment, be prepared to wait 2 hours. Try scheduling your day properly people have things to do.

I visited last week, and your colleague, Melina, was very helpful and assisted me a lot.

I had a routine check-up appointment and everyone was so sweet and helpful. Melina was lovely, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, such a positive experience!

I had a great experience at this clinic. I visited on Sunday and the clinic was clean, organized, and not busy, which made the whole experience very comfortable. Dr. Ko was very helpful and attentive, and Melina at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful as well. They both made the visit easy and pleasant.

I brought my child in for a rash that appeared after a two-day fever. She had no other symptoms—no cough, no sore throat, or anything else. Unfortunately, the standard of care plummeted the moment Dr. Bayan Shariati learned my child is exempt from vaccines. Instead of evaluating the actual clinical presentation, the doctor fixated on her vaccination status and dismissively stated that 'it could be anything.' ​Bizarrely, the doctor stated the only thing they could test for was scarlet fever. I found this highly illogical, as my child had absolutely no symptoms of strep throat (which I am very familiar with from past experience). Meanwhile, the doctor never asked about potential allergies, failed to discuss common childhood ailments (like Hand, Foot, and Mouth disease, which I was specifically looking to rule out), and offered zero solutions or guidance. Had a good experience coming here. It’s especially convenient that they have multiple locations and can direct you to another one if needed. The doctor took the time to listen carefully and was able to give me a referral that I had previously been unable to get at another walk-in clinic. Melina at the front desk was also very sweet. I’m glad I came.

My whole family are registered at this clinic. My child had a big area of swelling and pain on her leg and she was not convenient to the clinic. I had an urgent phone call with Dr. Bayan Shariati and I was very thankful for her quick response. She took the time to listen to my concerns about my child and answered all my questions in detail. I highly recommend this clinic and their staff. My family have visited many times. They are very professional and patient. I was a doctor in my home country so I know they are the ones you should see.
