I had a great experience at Alfa Plug. Apple checked my iPad and refused to repair it, saying the charging port problem could not be fixed there. I brought it to Max at Alfa Plug, and he fixed the charging port quickly and professionally by the next day. Now the iPad charges perfectly again and works like new. Max was honest, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend Alfa Plug to anyone needing reliable electronics repair.

Excellent craftsmen. They took on what all other workshops refused to do. I spilled watermelon juice on my headphones and they stopped working, but these technicians made them look like new. They work quickly and are very polite. Thank you so much!

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, great customer service, very competitive pricing - a true gem! Brought in my PS5 to get the HDMI port fixed, and not only was it repaired perfectly, it took only long enough for us to complete a few errands nearby in the meantime. Best price in the business, friendliest staff and an unexpected much-needed value-added bonus! Max is great. Whole experience was top-shelf. Max was efficient and very reasonable with his pricing! A repair that was supposed to take up to two weeks took him under 24 hours to complete! He was very kind and professional, and I will be coming back anytime I need to fix my computer or tech in the future!

I had a really frustrating experience at Alpha Plug. I went in to ask about repairing my headphones. I clearly explained that the only issue was a broken headband… the audio and cable were working perfectly. Despite that, the staff member kept insisting on bringing up unrelated concerns about the cable and tried to shift responsibility before even giving me a quote. What really stood out was the pricing.. after making me come into the store just to get a quote (for a very straightforward repair), I was told it would cost $150, then immediately dropped to $140 “just for me”. When he saw i hesitated, he asked “how much do you want it for”.. That kind of price flexibility made it feel like there’s no standard pricing and that customers are being quoted based on guesswork rather than a fair, consistent rate. Absolutely Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had the worst experience at this mobile repair shop. I called ahead and was told my phone would be fixed immediately if I brought it in within half an hour. When I arrived, someone else was there and told me I had to leave my phone and come back later—completely contradicting what I was promised. The staff were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They refused to honor their own word and treated me like I was a nuisance. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. I will never recommend this place to anyone, and I strongly advise avoiding it at all costs.

Nice person, but his repairs using the more expensive options he had broke within a couple months. I had my iPhone 13 Pro screen replaced and a couple months after, the screen he used overheated the device so bad that it swelled the battery. I also replaced the battery with him and less than a month after, a line appeared in the middle of the screen. I asked to replace the screen seeing that I’ve done multiple things with him and he claims to have a “life time warranty” but it isn’t real. He said I caused the screen to be like this and thus he wouldn’t replace for me. I would not bring my devices here for repair again. edit after comment from owner: You gave me a jank screen to begin with. not even a year and its broken. I didn't drop it or anything. The line just came up.

I had my MacBook fixed here a few months ago and I knew something was up with the replacement keyboard this guy installed. To be clear, he guaranteed multiple times that he "gets all Apple parts straight from Apple" and won't stop advertising his "Apple authorization". I've barely used my laptop since I got it fixed and I finally took a close look at this "authentic Apple keyboard"... it looks like it's from Temu. It also feels nothing like an actual MacBook Air M2 keyboard. I've included pictures for reference. Last I checked Apple doesn't make all the letters on their keyboard off-centered. And the print of the keyboard is in the wrong font and sizing compared to a real MacBook Air M2. Wish I noticed sooner so I could get a refund after this guy ensured me multiple times that this was a real Apple keyboard replacement. I went to AlfaPlug for a repair because they claimed to use “original Apple parts.” We even agreed on original parts before the repair. After picking up my phone, the employee himself admitted that the part installed was not original, but a high-copy replacement. Moments later, the owner started denying it. Anyone who knows aftermarket parts knows that fake parts shipped from China have a sticker covering the Apple logo to avoid customs detection — and this part had that exact sticker. I peeled it off myself, so there is no question it wasn’t original. If it truly was original, why hide the Apple logo? To make it worse, a stuck pixel appeared on my screen after the repair, and when I contacted Apple directly, they confirmed that AlfaPlug is not an Apple Authorized Service Provider, even though the shop markets itself as if it is. They also gave no receipt and did not take before-photos
