BEST IN THE CITY. Very great service. I’ve done a suit here for dry cleaning and I found out everything is ORGANIC. No chemicals. RJ takes the extra mile and the price is always super fair. I just picked up my blazer than I dropped off last minute and he was able to alter it quickly with high quality . Highly recommend. The trust has been built, the craftsmanship proven, and I’m bring all my garments here moving forward.

Not sure how they have a high review. Terrible work at such high prices. Not only was the alteration not done on time, but it was such a lousy job. The colour of her fabric doesn’t match the pants and you can clearly see how they are not hemmed properly. She also crippled and threw my $400 Burberry shirt I gave for dry cleaning in her basket as if it was a $5 shirt. Will never go back.

The owner is amazing! I completely forgot to drop off my husband’s suit, which he needed for Sunday morning before his flight. I brought it in Friday morning, and it was ready by Saturday afternoon. He even called me at 9:30 on Friday night to reassure me it would be ready for pickup on Saturday. Such incredible service, I can’t recommend this place enough.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I brought my dress in for alterations and was given a three-week timeline, which should have been more than enough. Unfortunately, they forgot about my dress—not once, but twice—which already showed a lack of organization and professionalism. When I finally received the dress, it was in unacceptable condition. There were multiple snags throughout the fabric (including a noticeable one like in the photo), along with several stains that were not there when I dropped it off. On top of that, the work wasn’t even completed properly—I found pins still left in the dress, which is both careless and unsafe. The overall workmanship was poor, and the attention to detail was clearly lacking. This experience was frustrating from start to finish, and I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Brought my Milwaukee M12 heated jacket here to get a patch up the stitching was done by someone else but the gentle men here did an amazing job covering the back and the heating elements work like a charm! I'm very happy with the results. :)

I’ve been coming here for tailoring and dry cleaning, and they always do an excellent job. The staff are professional, kind, and really take care of your clothes. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs alterations or dry cleaning.

Zero service from the owner. No accountability when missing their pick up date and blames other people instead. The old lady is much better than him even with her limited english. In terms of work, requested for zipper change and got the job done, but very sloppy. Would not recommend nor go back. Edit: added the receipt as proof as response to your reply. As I mentioned, if you messed up. Own up to it and not say that this was not done through your shop.

It is very bad experience. The owner just post a paper notice on door saying, “sorry, we are close today”. This is Jan 2 2026. You don’t know your customer has scheduled appointments and need cleaned clothing? No reliability at all. I need my clothing for an appointment today. How do I do?

If you care about your expensive clothes, I would definitely not tailor them here I brought in many items for tailoring. When I brought them home half the stuff wasn’t even done and the quality of work was absolutely disgusting. I had to call them bring back my stuff they had to re-fix it. They charge me for a dry cleaning which I didn’t even do the damaged my white Aritzia pants my jeans are completely messed up. The straps on my dress weren’t even fixed. It was a complete disaster. Then the man who works there told me as a goodwill gesture to bring my dry cleaning in and he would take care of it complementary when we arrive today, nothing was complementary And he decided to take two dollars off each. I was gonna give them the opportunity to correct the disaster but after today, I decided to spend my money elsewhere, so should you. Horrible businessman.

RJ Tailor did the hem in my very expensive gown on very short notice. He had to cut off a good amount of the material and then Hem it. He did such an amazing job. I would recommend his service to everyone. Kudos to you RJ and thank you again.

I’m so impressed with the quality of service—every time I’ve brought my clothes here for cleaning or alterations, the results have been consistently excellent. I recently brought in my Wilfred and Babaton coats for hydrocarbon organic cleaning, and the results were absolutely amazing! Both coats came back looking brand new. Everything always comes back looking fresh and flawless. Highly recommend this place!
