Woody Wood Burger

Had such a great time at Woody Wood Burger! The outdoor seating was amazing — the weather was cool and perfect. We tried the Elk Burger and the Smoked Jumbon Burger, which was recommended by the owner, and both were so good! The burgers with the fries were delicious, and we really enjoyed everything. Definitely a great spot for burgers! 🍔✨

Cozy restaurant for gourmet burgers (and other things like Philly steak sandwich). I tried the namesake Woody Wood Burger burger since it's our first time. This isn't fast food burger joint, the food did take a bit of time to be ready... But that's likely because it was made to order and not pre-cooked. Burger was thick and flavourful. Sit-down restaurant quality type burger. The fries were also very good, and had better texture than most other fries -- crispy crunch on the surface but without being dried out. Lots of gourmet burger varieties (with different cheeses, peppers, toppings combinations etc). Will have to come back and try some of the other variations of burgers they have available. Pricey but you get high quality deliciousness in exchange.

Absolutely amazing experience at Woody Wood Burger! The burgers were fresh, juicy, and full of flavor, and the quality was excellent. The service was friendly and welcoming, and everything was great from start to finish. I would honestly give more than 5 stars if I could! Definitely one of the best burger places around. Very disappointed with my experience at Woody Wood Burger. I ordered the Smashed Grilled Burger Double Patty, but the beef had almost no good flavor and definitely wasn’t what I expected. The bun tasted like a basic supermarket bun, and the pickles, onions, and tomatoes didn’t taste fresh either. The burger was also quite small for the price. We also tried the mac and cheese, which was just average and nothing special. Overall, everything was way too expensive for what we received. Definitely not worth the price, and this was probably my last time ordering from here.

Meet the store owner and was super cool. Showed me the awesome wood fire grill and made the best food ever. Definitely recommend checking it out!!!

Overall, a good experience, but there are a few things that could be improved to make it even better. 💫 The buns could be a bit bigger, as the burger was falling apart while eating it. Unfortunately, the bun didn’t seem fresh, which affected the overall taste and made the burger less enjoyable than it could have been. I also felt it was missing a bit more cheese to bring all the flavours together. The mushrooms felt like can mushrooms to be honest as they didn’t taste anything like freshly fried ones. Another thing that needs improvement is the fries portion. It honestly didn’t look like a full portion, and I would have expected a little more for the price as I was thinking to share my fries with my little son. I order from woody wood practically regularly…and to be honest I don’t complain much….but with all due respect this was a bit much. I called to order take out and specifically asked them not to make the fries too dry as they have done it in the past…when I came home…not only were they dry and a bit burnt, I had to add more seasoning to them….and in addition the bun of the burger was either frozen or too well done on the grill…almost like a brick….i personally love woody wood but lately the quality has decreased..

We bought two burgers for lunch from this place. One classic burger, one cheese burger both with combo. The cheese burger has nothing inside except cheese and a patty. No lettuce or tomatoes. It taste terribly salty! The so call classic burger also taste very salty. The fries are soggy and limp. Very disappointed. I will never go back.

We recently ate here, but the experience was disappointing. The atmosphere felt very negative. A man who worked there was speaking loudly near us about politics and bad news, which made it hard to enjoy our meal. People come to restaurants to relax, not to hear stressful conversations. We left in a worse mood than when we arrived.

My bf and I dinned here on January 8, 2023 (1:25pm). It was our first time. 🙂 I think the tall lady server expected everyone to know the menu cos the way she answered my questions made me feel embarrassed for asking (i asked about what’s in their burgers, what is this patty etc.) 😂 And I wasnt asked neither my bf about the toppings. Like it felt so wrong to ask questions. My bf also ordered 2 LARGE fries. When the guy (owner?) gave us the food, my bf was stunned… He said, “is this the large fries?” 😂😂😂 The guy said yes. Then the guy went to our table and proceeded to give us more fries rudely (he dumped the bowl with fries in our tray of food). I liked my bf’s burger more. I forgot what he ordered but it was juicy. Unlike mine, I find it dry (I ordered the one with pineapple). Service 2/5 Food (mine 1/5; his 3/5) Price: it’s costly
