I have nothing but praise for this company. From the moment we walked into the showroom to the moment the delivery crew left after set up, everything went smoothly. We were looking to buy a sectional couch and love seat. The sales associate who helped us, Marjan, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional and very patient while we decided what we wanted. We were able to take home fabric swatch samples to see how they looked in our living room. One thing that impressed me is that they have a couch seat demonstrator that shows a cut away view of the inner frame, cushioning etc. From this, you could see what the frame looked like and see it's quality. I recently purchased the Burkhaus 5-piece dining set and I’m very happy with my purchase. The table has a beautiful, modern design and feels very sturdy and well made. The chairs are comfortable and complement the table really nicely. The delivery and assembly were also smooth and professional. The set arrived in good condition, and having it assembled made the whole experience very convenient. Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality, appearance, and service. Worst service, did an online order they made me wait for more than 2 weeks and then i had to call them to find out that the item is out of stock and now I have not even recieved the refund yet the worst experience will ask to not even think of buying anything from this company

I bought a table that was advertised as in stock, but the seller said it would only be delivered the following week. Before they shipped it, I decided to cancel. The customer service ignored my messages for a long time and only replied once saying it was a final sale. I never even received the product. They later claimed they had already placed an order with the manufacturer, which makes no sense since they originally told me it was in stock. After weeks of silence, they finally agreed to a refund. However, I never received the refund, and since then they completely stopped replying to any of my messages. This is by far the worst after-sales service I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely not recommended!

Extremely disappointing experience with United Canada 0 stars! We ordered a sectional in August last year, and it finally arrived in October—only to discover that the two pieces had noticeably different firmness levels, along with other defects. Communication drastically worsened after we transferred the payment. Responses became delayed and inconsistent. They initially offered to pick up one piece to adjust the firmness. It was gone for over two weeks, and when it was returned, absolutely nothing had changed. When we followed up, they told us to “wait two weeks” because the firmness would “settle” on its own—of course, nothing changed. After repeated follow-ups from our side, the manager eventually offered to replace the cushions to match the correct firmness, which seemed like the only reasonable fix. This was back in February. I just want share a very bad experience with this company! I bought a DEMO set of sofa at store, before the day to deliver they said they can’t sale it to me because other customer also ORDERED the same sets but they can’t get it in( that’s what they said). So they will give the one I already PAID (my property) to the other customer. Then I asked them to refund my money, they keep pushing it until I said to report to the police (paid June 10, refund July 3). They are very unprofessional and untrusted , will never go back again!

This location is a disaster. The staff has no idea how to deal with people professionally — they are disorganized, rude, Also, avoid any imitation furniture from them or their partners — no warranty, no quality, and no customer service. No one deserves this kind of treatment. Save your money and go somewhere that respects its customers.
