Professional shoe repair

I have a pair of new heels that I’ve been meaning to add half sole and heel protection for. I’m leaving for a wedding overseas tonight and of course I left this till the day of my flight to do… luckily I found this place that rushed it less than 2 hours (but did a great job)! Very clean job, the edges are neatly beveled and flush with the curves. Thank you for doing a great job and doing this for me in such a short time!! Will definitely be back.

I paid $200 for tips replacement and cleaning (salt damage) for my boots. I was told that I would receive a call when the shoes were ready — however, I NEVER RECEIVED ANY NOTIFICATION! After about 3 months,(I am 100% sure I went there at Feb9,2026!) I decided to go to the store myself to pick them up. The boots were cleaned, but the color had noticeably changed and the leather surface became wrinkled and uneven. This was very disappointing, as I expected the shoes to be restored properly after paying for the service. When I asked about it, the owner told me it was because the shoes had not been worn — which does not make sense. I paid for cleaning and repair, so I expected visible improvement. He’s the best shoemaker in Ontario. His hand is magical. Believe me and trust me come here. Highly recommended I brought my shoes here and the heel was off and I took it to another shoe repair shop but they told me that you can do it to the garbage but I bring it to Vahid and he’s an amazing job. last year i brought this purse in which had gotten wet and the black ink from the letter “S” in Paris leaked and stained the canvas material of the purse. After unsuccessfully trying a tide-to-go stick i brought it in. So thankful they were able to get it looking so clean & stain free (all over). Looked brand new when i picked it up.

Amazing service and craftsmanship! I brought in my satin wedding shoes as they have yellow stains on it, and I honestly thought they were ruined. The team did an incredible job restoring them, and they look almost like new again. Professional, knowledgeable, and clearly take great pride in their work. I initially left only a star rating with no comment. Unfortunately, the owner responded with personal attacks, so I’m now providing the context. I called to ask about a simple repair that only required glue. I described the issue and asked, if I brought the shoes in later that day before closing, whether they would likely be ready the same day or if I should expect to return another day. The owner responded with a condescending tone: “You asked a hard question. You come to me right before closing and want me to fix your shoes today?!” I immediately clarified that I did NOT mean I would arrive right before closing and that I was only trying to gauge the timeline before making the trip. I then politely ended the call by saying, “That’s okay. No worries,” and decided to go elsewhere because I didn’t appreciate the way I was talked to. I would strongly caution anyone considering this business for luxury shoe repairs. I brought in a pair of size 10 Hermès Oran sandals and paid $180 to have the stitching repaired. Instead of completing only the work I requested, the owner repaired part of the sole without my knowledge or consent. When the shoes were returned, they no longer fit properly and now feel at least two sizes too small. When I raised my concerns, the owner was rude, dismissive, and refused to take any accountability for the damage. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, I was threatened with having the police called on me for simply disputing the work performed on my shoes. Disappointing Experience at Professional Shoe Repair in Richmond Hill, ON I recently visited Professional Shoe Repair at 372 Hwy 7 in Richmond Hill, ON, seeking repairs for three pairs of shoes. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The cost of the services was notably high, totaling $385 for the repair of three pairs of shoes. While I understand quality comes at a price, the results did not align with the investment. My sandals required the sewing back of an elastic strap. The finished product seemed sloppy and has messy stitching. Considering the price, I would expect a more meticulous finish, including something as simple as removal of any markings. We thought about this before leaving a review. Quality was good… BUT Price very high - $100 per pair! Service was barbaric I’m sure we can find others There are no signs on pricing. He will say DM for prices or I need to see first. Had 2 shoes re-soled. The guy is a rude. Didn’t take the time to explain anything nor wanted to. He simply said $100 each. He looks at you like “if you can afford expensive shoes then you can pay $100 to fix.” We proceeded only because we drove across town. I would agree we pay for quality. I would estimate this to be a $50-$60 job. Picture is the shoes after a few weeks of wear. Now he’ll respond to this with his barbaric response.
