I came to this clinic for laser hair removal to line up my beard and I am very satisfied with the results. Dr. Bimesl was professional, knowledgeable and very precise. He took his time and made sure everything was done carefully and safely which I really appreciated. Shahla the nurse was also excellent. She was kind calm and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I drove from Midtown to Richmond Hill and it was absolutely worth it. The results look clean natural and sharp exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who cares about quality and professionalism. I will definitely return.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Bimesl and his team. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions about the procedure. Dr. Bimesl ensured I was prescribed the appropriate medication to prevent any infections or complications post-treatment. What truly stood out was the attentive follow up care. His team checked in with me daily, requesting photos to closely monitor my recovery. Anytime I had concerns or questions about the healing process, they responded promptly and with care something I’ve never experienced from a medical team before. I was also provided with a clear and easy to follow aftercare guide, which made the recovery process smooth and stress free. Even after just one treatment, I can see improvement in my face . I had high hopes for this clinic based on their social media presence, but unfortunately, our experience were disappointing. It became clear that patient care is not the priority here — everything seems to revolve around appearances and marketing. From the moment my referral walked in, she felt like she was being upsold rather than listened to. The consultation felt rushed and more like a sales pitch than a medical discussion. Their service is completely has changed, lots of people involved for one treatment, you don’t know are they licensed or not, It’s concerning to see a clinic so focused on image and profit rather than patient well-being. I hope they take this feedback seriously and shift their focus back to ethical, compassionate care. I went to this clinic specifically for Botox, but later found out that Dysport was injected instead without informing me or obtaining my consent. Botox and Dysport are different products(you can google it), and clients have the right to know exactly what is being injected into their face. This lack of transparency is unprofessional and unacceptable. Because of this experience, I’ve lost trust in this clinic. I strongly recommend that others clearly confirm the exact product being used before any treatment.

Shortly after the treatment, I became extremely ill. Without my informed consent, I was injected by someone who I later discovered was not a licensed medical professional. I had shared my full medical history and voiced my concerns prior to the procedure, but they were completely dismissed. One of the side effects I experienced was double vision, and at one point I even lost my vision. I was bedridden for days and am still recovering while trying to resume my daily life. I’ve had to visit multiple doctors and emergency rooms to deal with the complications caused by this treatment. This isn’t just about poor service—it’s about gross negligence, unethical behavior, and a lack of accountability that nearly cost a loved one their life. On April 11, my family member received an IV vitamin infusion at the clinic, administered by someone who wasn’t a licensed medical professional. They weren’t introduced, and there was no consent or review of their medical history. Hours later, severe bleeding set in, followed by paralysis and loss of function in their nervous and digestive systems. Despite reaching out to the clinic for help and a refund, they were ignored. After checking all the reviews, I chose to come here. For my first appointment, it REALLY felt like he was selling his products to me, he did not recommend nor prescribe anything for my face just showed me all his overpriced products to pick by myself and buy it. He did not even bother examining my skin, just forcing me to pay $2500 and do a laser. I asked him to prescribe something for me, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed so I am looking for an actual dermatologist.
