Today I visited this salon for a haircut and a Gold Facial, and I’m honestly so happy with the service. The haircut was not just a normal haircut — it felt completely customized for me. She was extremely polite, gentle, and professional while handling my hair. She carefully asked about my preferences, checked the length throughout the process, and made sure she delivered exactly what I expected. The result looked very premium, yet the pricing was so reasonable and absolutely worth it. I also did a Gold Facial, and before starting, she properly consulted me about my skin concerns and suggested treatments that would suit me best. I had my first laser hair removal session and it was an amazing experience! I was quite nervous, but Samira was incredibly patient, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. She was very professional, kind, and took the time to answer all my questions. What surprised me the most was that I could already see visible results just 3 weeks after my first session! I’m really happy with my experience and would highly recommend Samira to anyone considering laser hair removal.

Best Spa I have gone to in North York! Staff is very friendly and always made sure I was happy with my service! I went in for a facial and it was one of the best decisions I have done! Place is clean, the lady that did my facial went above and beyond taking care of my face while doing my facial. I brought my sister to get her nails done and she was really happy with her nails after her appointment! She got exactly what she asked for! Asal the girl that did my sister’s nails made sure my sister was okay with length and shape of her nails and all throughout the service she kept asking her if she wanted to change something or if she was okay with how her nails were looking! Overall 10/10 experience and will definitely be coming back soon! I will recommend to my family and friends to come visit!

I would recommend Samira to anyone looking to get great results quickly with laser hair removal! I had gone to different technicians before, and after many sessions, still had not gotten the results I was looking for. But with Samira, most of my hair fell out after only two sessions! She pays great attention to detail, is considerate and offers more than reasonable prices

Had a great microneedling & facial experience with Mashid! They were professional, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and my skin is already glowing. The other staff are friendly as well!

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Mahshid Boostan. I later found out that the actual price of the cream was only $100, but she sold it to me for $190, which feels very unfair and misleading. I did not appreciate being overcharged like that. I was also unhappy with her behavior. She acted like she knew everything and did not listen to my concerns. After the microneedling treatment, she kept trying to push and sell more of her products, which made me feel uncomfortable and pressured. Overall, I felt taken advantage of and I am not satisfied with the service or professionalism.

My experience with Mahshid Boostan was disappointing. During the appointment, I felt uncomfortable with the way she communicated. She came across as overly confident, dismissive of my questions, and acted like she knew everything without really listening to my concerns. After the microneedling treatment, she seemed more focused on trying to sell additional products and services rather than providing proper care and professional advice. This made me feel pressured and uncomfortable. I expected honesty, respect, and professionalism, but instead I left feeling disappointed with the overall experience. I would not recommend this service.

Terrible experience! I had a facial appointment and it was a disaster. The staff were unprofessional and whoever did my facial had NO experience. They bruised my skin, both sides, and it's still bruised 3 days later. When I complained, they said it's "normal" to bruise from a Hydro Fascial?! Um, NO. Don't waste your time and money here. They have no idea what they're doing.

Update: While the staff are friendly, it was a disappointing experience. I spent $1,000 on 8 months of full-body laser treatments only for all the hair to grow back after a short break. I verified beforehand that I have no hormonal imbalances with my doctor, so the lack of results is due to the treatment itself. ​The sessions were rushed (30 mins for full body) and the technician accidentally lasered areas I asked them to avoid, causing darker hair growth in those spots. Save your money and find a clinic that takes their time to ensure the treatment actually works.

Not a good experience, laser tech lady did tattoo removal, was a lot of blood onsight, ending up stopping less then halfway through.
