Topol Sandwich

I don’t eat fast food very often, but whenever I feel like I can indulge a little, Topol Sandwich is always on my mind. Their mighty sandwiches and special fries are just so satisfying—every bite is pure enjoyment. Would I go back for Persian-style fast food? Absolutely—100%.

⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointing experience at Pizza Shab. The service was absolutely terrible, and the male server who served us was extremely rude, disrespectful, and had a completely unacceptable attitude toward customers. I asked if my food could be changed, but he refused and told me that the food was already in the oven. However, the item I ordered was not something that needed to be baked in the oven in the first place, so his response made no sense and showed a complete lack of willingness to help. I even told him directly, “You are going to lose a customer because of the way you are treating me.” He said nothing. I then told him that I would leave a review about my experience, and his response was simply, “Go ahead.” If you are running a business in Canada, you need to understand what customer service means. Dammit gram..One place really tasted like some place in Iran. The taste is amazing. Topping perfect fit for sandwich. Had ordered from Doordash. Driver Harun very polite gentleman. I would still recommend going inside store. Cold cut sandwich the salami is perfect Iranian taste. Store been inside once, the setup very beautiful.

The food here is always fantastic. The pizza is consistently delicious, and the staff are amazing, friendly, and welcoming every time I visit. My only complaint is the sink in the washroom. It's so tiny that washing your hands feels like trying to park a pickup truck in a shoebox. I genuinely wanted to wash my hands properly, but the sink was so small that my hands kept touching the bottom and sides. By the end, I wasn't sure if I was cleaning my hands or introducing them to new bacteria. The food deserves 5 stars, and the staff deserve 5 stars. The sink, however, appears to have been designed for a very small raccoon. Please consider upgrading it to a larger sink. Your pizza is too good for customers to leave wondering if the handwashing experience was part of an extreme survival challenge. I'll definitely be back for the pizza. Hopefully one day the sink gets promoted too!

Don’t be fooled by the pictures on the website or app—the actual sandwich looks nothing like the advertised images. It’s half the size, with barely any ingredients inside, making it a very expensive mistake. For this price, you’d be better off going to a high-end restaurant for a quality sandwich. To make matters worse, the bread was stale, and the whole thing was so dry I had to drown it in sauce just to get a few bites in—before ultimately throwing it away. I even uploaded a comparison photo of what was advertised vs. what I actually received. Not recommended at all.

Food is disgusting. Waited 20 mins for a soggy sandwich drenched in sauce. The washroom alongside with restaurant is very dirty with flies. Took 1 bite and left the food on the table. Absolute waste of time and money. Ruined my appetite

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE TAKING OUT. Their cold sandwiches are our favourite but they surprise you all the time. Sometimes wrong items in the sandwich or missing but this time they set a new low for having a bad service. We ordered 3 Topol special and what we got was not special tiny sandwich. They forgot lettuce and tomato was on half only and portion was almost 2 times less than regular and funny thing is complain means nothing to them. Thanks god Haida is opening right beside them so we can actually get a cold sandwich.

I only like their sandwiches because of their special sauce otherwise it has nothing special. I ordered topol special through Uber ears today and my sandwich doesn’t even have a drop of their sauce. Like nothing! I’m so disappointed. I was so excited for my sandwich but it doesn’t really taste good when there’s no sauce. Yeah maybe there was two drops of that sauce in the whole sandwich but that’s it! I won’t order again.

this was a recommend from a friend that we should try it out and so glad we did! the sandwiches even just sound appetizing! then the next step is you see it and then you have an OMG moment! last is when you taste it and you just know it’s gonna be a good meal! the sandwiches are thick and juicy, full of meat and filling and just satisfies every craving. ordered the zapata, mamad, and Chicago style hotdog. Super flavourful and just talking about it here, I can still taste it on my palate! Not only was the food excellent, but so was the service. Super nice person behind the counter and when you have amazing service, we all know it hypes up the experience that much more! Great job and definitely coming back for more!
