Ben Sadeg has done a tremendous job in providing exemplary service. I had my first interaction with Team McDadi years ago and was totally not impressed weather his business was growing to fast or he had no time for small clients, messages I left for Sam and his team we not returned. Fast forward years later and I go to a showing where Ben was the assigned agent. The property was not a great fit for me but Ben and I exchanged contact info since then, Ben has gone well above expectation to determine exactly what I was looking for and to look for suitable listings. To date we have not closed on any deal, but Ben remains undeterred and co to use to stay in touch, providing market insights and doing his best to be my go to guy. My initial dealers with Sam aside, I would not hesitate to recommend Ben if you are looking for a professional, determined, and dedicated realtor.

I had a fantastic experience working with Evelyn Borys and the McDadi team to sell my home. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. They provided excellent guidance throughout the entire process, from preparing and marketing our property to negotiating the sale. Although we initially started with Sam we were quickly pushed off to his staff. We were selling a investment property right next door to our home, so we were a little more careful who we were going to sell to as these people would be our neighbours. Throughout the process we had an interested buyer who we just did not like and made it very clear that this was not the person we were going to sell to. To make a long story short, Sams team changed the name on the offer so that we wouldn't know it was the same person. We accepted the offer and when we found out it was too late to do anything as it would have to involve lawyers. Needless to say this was a terrible experience and the only upside is he rents it out. He does no maintenance and is letting the property fall apart which has caused several of the neighbours to question me about who we sold to. I guess to some people it is more impor

Backstory: I sold 1 property & purchased 2 with Ashley Shumate in 2021. The process for selling my home was (mostly) seamless. There were some hiccups, but Ashley provided solutions and sorted everything out. However, when it came to buying.... Disclaimer: on a personal front, Ashley is a great person. However, I'm here to do business - specifically, sell 1 property & purchase 2. And unfortunately, there were too many holes & things left unchecked where I had to hire other professionals to rectify these issues, for both properties I purchased through her. From the stagger not wanting to show up to feeling like they were working for the purchaser and my husband having to do a showing himself I was not impressed with this realtor. We ended up with $70,000 below asking because to quote what they said, "sh** is going to hit the fan then you won't be able to sell." Edit: We were also told we got a cash offer with no conditions. That was not the truth. A few days before closing we were told the buyer was waiting for mortgage approval from a lender. We waited on the day of closing until 5 pm to receive the funds which delayed the closing of our new home.

My husband and I ( both seniors), chose Sam McDadi and his team to assist us with the sale of our home. After much disappointment and after experiencing the incompetence of his office and team, we came to the conclusion that we could no longer work together, so we simply asked Sam to cancel our listing agreement once month prior to the expiration date and he REFUSED!
