For the past three birthdays, I’ve gone to Royal Flower Boutique for beautiful rose arrangements, and each time has been such a great experience. The owner, Asal, is incredibly creative, kind, and helpful, and her pricing is very reasonable. She always takes the time to make sure everything is exactly what I’m looking for, especially for such a special occasion. The roses are absolutely stunning and last so well, even my arrangement from three years ago still looks amazing. I wanted a unique floral arrangement for a lady, who was like a sister, that recently passed. I searched with Google for top rated florists in the Etobicoke area, as I live out of town in a rural area, and the location I needed to have the flowers delivered was in Etobicoke. I started looking at some of the pictures on Royal's website, then I read many of the reviews and I immediately called Royal. My call was answered within the first three rings, Asal was extremely helpful and professional. She answered all my questions and made many suggestions. She walked me through what she understood what I wanted, sent me photos step by step. And, at the end Of my phone call, she was extremely patient with me, was an arrangement that was a work of art. I asked her to send me a picture of it when it was completed and it was absolutely amazing 😍. I highly recommend Royal Florist!! 🌹

I’ve gotten nicer flowers from a grocery store. For the price I had paid, I expected so much more. Not only were they ugly, but they only lasted two days before wilting and dying. I am beyond disappointed with this establishment, and will never go back or recommend them to anyone. Go down the street to sobeys, you’ll get a nicer bouquet.

I bought a $100 flower arrangement for mother's day and was very disappointed with the end result I would have gotten a better looking bouquet for half the price from any grocery store. I was actually a bit embarrassed handing it to her, Even my mother was not impressed. The tiny bouquet didn't even come with food for the water. Highly disappointed and would not recommend.

SCAM!!! Yes they have some beautiful stuff BUT... the rose teddy bear is a scam!!! The EXACT same one, (down to the same ribbon and box) is on Amazon for $30!!! Dont waste $140 on this scam! I added 2 photos, one from royalflower and from Amazon for your comparison. (I HAVE TRIED TO ADD PHOTOS SEVERAL TIMES NOW, AND IT WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO SHOW UP!!!) Clearly something fishy is going on here!

Very unhappy with the roses I got. They were sent as a gift and the roses were black and look dead. It was a gift and turned out to be trash. I also paid extra for the upgrade to more roses and never got any. Ruined the whole gift I got for my girlfriend. SMH

Flowers were okay, but the arrangement wasn't even. Some flowers were bigger than others, and in general, didn't align flush. (They said it was because some were "premium" roses, and acted as if I should be happy I got them instead of the regular ones.) I also included a short gift message, and they spelled the name wrong! The name was only 5 letters, and they misspelled it!
