I recently visited this bakery café and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was elegant, bright, and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a treat. My first visit to Elle Pastry Cakes & Cafe and it definitely won’t be my last. I stopped by for an espresso and some sweet treats, and everything was absolutely delightful. The espresso was rich, smooth, and perfectly prepared, while the pastries and desserts looked beautiful and tasted fresh and indulgent. The atmosphere is elegant, cozy, and welcoming — the kind of café where you genuinely want to sit, relax, and enjoy the moment. You can tell there is care and attention behind every detail. A special thank you to Elina for being such a wonderful host, and to Daniel as well for the warm hospitality and excellent service. They truly made the experience even more enjoyable. A lovely spot for coffee, desserts, and a peaceful break during the day. Strongly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth and appreciation for a proper espresso.

I had a great experience at Elle Pastry. The décor is beautiful, elegant, and incredibly calming, making it the perfect place to relax. The café is spacious, and the chairs are comfortable, making it easy to sit back and enjoy your visit. As an architect, I especially appreciated the thoughtful interior design. The layout, color palette, lighting, and furniture all work together to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that’s exactly what you’d want in a café. They offer a wide variety of beautifully crafted pastries and desserts that are as visually impressive as they are delicious. They also serve tea, which pairs perfectly with the sweets. Another big plus is the ample parking available outside, so finding a spot is never a hassle. The cake was absolutely incredible — not only beautiful, but SO delicious! The design was gorgeous, the layers were perfectly moist and soft, and the knife literally went through it like butter. Just look at the photos and that beautiful cut! 😍 Everything was fresh, perfectly balanced and tasted amazing. The service was outstanding from beginning to end. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and professional. The café itself is also beautiful and cozy, with great coffee and so many gorgeous desserts. We’re definitely coming back to try all of their individual pastries and desserts! If you live in Richmond Hill — I highly recommend this place. And if you don’t live nearby, honestly, it’s worth making the trip!

I tried the mango and pear pastries, and both were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. 100 out of 10! 😍 I dropped by Elle Pastry on Elgin Mills specifically to try their famous mousse and shaped desserts, and I am absolutely thrilled! The pastry shop itself is incredibly cute with its beautiful pink aesthetic—it's so photo-worthy and such a lovely place to sit and relax. But my absolute favorite now is the Royal Pistachio. Oh my goodness, it is spectacular! If you love pistachio as much as I do, this dessert is a must-try. The texture, the flavor balance—everything is absolutely perfect, truly a royal treat. Thank you so much for such amazing quality, you’ve officially gained a regular customer! I highly recommend everyone stop by for a coffee and a treat.

Had such a lovely time at Elle Pastry! Our server Adel was so sweet and accommodating, which made our experience even better. Definitely recommend to visit!!

We bought several of their fruit-shaped pastries, and unfortunately, they were a complete disappointment. First of all, they are extremely expensive, ranging from $10 to $12 each, especially considering how small they are. Even aesthetically, they did not look nearly as impressive as we expected. But the biggest disappointment was the taste. The outer shell had absolutely no crunch to it. It honestly felt like they were trying to save on ingredients and used far too little cocoa butter. The chocolate itself tasted awful. There was also very little actual fruit inside, so even the filling was disappointing. Overall, considering the price, size, appearance, and especially the taste, these pastries were a complete letdown. Definitely not worth $10–12 each. I absolutely do not recommend them.

Food was okay, probably would have been better if I had actually gotten the drinks I asked for. Service was very confusing. A mix between going to the counter to order and having food brought out to you is OK, but the way it was handled felt very awkward. Asked to pay and was never told where to go to pay, was only met with an "okay" that had us waiting for a bill that was never going to pay. When we did pay, there was an extra charge for credit cards on the machine. I was supposed to pay after my friend, but the employee decided to go and do the dishes (the one plate I had used) instead of getting the machine ready. Almost all my requests during my visit were met with smiles and nods but were never actually completed, such as when I asked for a drink that never got made, when it was implied I was supposed to sit down after ordering (even though no other bakery is like that), or when we

Honestly good but overpowering in sweetness wanted to try out the mango and strawberry filled pastries it wasn’t good whatsoever extremely sugary I get it’s supposed to be sweet but not dump the whole bag of sugar kinda sweet feels like my teeth are getting attacked the sweetness overpowered the overall flavour and all u tasted was the sugar
