Always the best coffee, best service, the best staff. Everyone of the staff I met here was kind, cheerful, and welcoming. Always makes my day brighter when I stop by. Their latte art is beautiful. Their rewards program is really good. I also like buying my beans from them, their house blend is really good, and they stock excellent roasters at great prices.

Looking for a coffee shop open early near the Chelsea Hotel on a Monday, Hailed Coffee was on our radar. They open at 7:30am out of a tiny space with a few outdoor tables. Their lattes are strong and creamy. They also sell different types of croissants like raspberry and Nutella. They will even warm them up for you!

A very cozy cafe with warmth. The matcha latte and spanish latte were just okay. I tried the kunafeh pistachio dubai, but it was a bit soggy at the top. Otherwise it tasted pretty good.

Hailed Coffee has a calm and cozy atmosphere, making it a great spot for studying or catching up with friends. The coffee quality is good, especially their specialty drinks, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The place is stylish and comfortable, although prices are slightly on the higher side. Overall, it’s a nice café for people who enjoy quiet vibes and quality coffee.

Hailed Coffee is honestly one of my favourite cafés in the city. The shop is on the smaller side and can get packed during busy hours, but the quality of everything they serve makes it absolutely worth it. Their coffee and lattes are amazing — super smooth, rich, and consistently well-made. The latte art is always on point too (like the one in my photo). They also have a great seasonal drink menu, and the strawberry matcha is surprisingly delicious and refreshing. Definitely a must-try. The pastries are incredible. Their croissants, kouign amann, and raspberry swirls are fresh, flaky, and way better than what you’d expect from most coffee shops. They also carry ma’moul, chocolate bites, and desserts that you don’t often see elsewhere — everything displayed neatly in the glass cases and jars. You can tell they put a lot of love into the baking. I also love that they stock brewing gear

Went on a saturday around noon so it was fairly busy. It’s a small location (seating is only outside!) but has quick turnover. The baristas are friendly and efficient, and the coffee is so good!

Lovely spot, if you value peace and quiet, grab a delicious beverage and go sit by Frog Pond in adjacent Yonge Park. Don't sleep on the pastries, either. Love this spot!

Had the shittiest experience at Hailed Coffee. First time visiting, ordered their Special Latte and didn’t like it, so I asked if I could get it replaced. She charged me $3.50, which I was okay with. But while giving me the new coffee, she literally called me out and asked for the first coffee back. The garbage inside was overflowing, so I thought I’d throw it outside. Such an unnecessary and uncomfortable interaction. Terrible experience overall. And the café is literally smaller than a matchbox apartment.

This is a place I come to often. Even in the winter, the chairs are always set up outside, which I really like. The coffee was excellent today, as always. However, the two male staff working this morning were not friendly. The service was disappointing. Still, it’s a great spot , and I’ll come back to try a different drink next time. It’s 3 stars today because of the unfriendly service, but I’ll update my review next time.

Great flat white!(My review from 3 years ago..) Hailed used to make very good flat whites and I don't know what happened.. maybe new management? Or barista? Disappointed. May 2026

I’ve been here a few times, and today I wanted to try something new. I ordered a pistachio-saffron latte and specifically asked for it iced — I even requested less ice. It wasn’t busy at the time; there was no line, so the barista had time to clarify. But when I received the drink and confirmed that I had asked for it iced, a different barista informed me that this beverage is only available hot. What was particularly disappointing is that the barista who initially took and prepared my order made no attempt to clarify this, nor did they respond when I asked about it again. There were multiple opportunities to inform me that the drink could not be made iced, but this was never communicated. Not to mention, the drink itself was underwhelming. It literally tasted just like the other regular latte we ordered but with soggy pistachio pieces on top and only a hint of saffron. It lacked flavor

I came here today for the first time , I ordered a pistachio- saffron latte and butter croissant. I’ve had pistachio lattes many times and they usually have a delicious pistachio flavour that is very apparent. This was bitter, literally zero pistachio flavour, not sweet at all.. but zero pistachio flavour regardless even if it was unsweetened. Weird … it just had pieces of small pistachio in it.. so what it’s a regular latter with pistachio sprinkled on top ? Anyways I was pretty disappointed.. it literally tasted like weird cardomom flavour, not delicious at all. The croissant also had a strong egg wash smell and wasn’t anything great. Overall disappointing! The servers are polite and kind. But this item on the menu was misleading .. quite anticlimactic

Amazing coffee, very friendly service, lots of yummy pastries and chocolates!

Also, great selection of accessories, spices and baked goods.
