I had a great experience with Aire One Heating & Cooling. Yan Zihao is professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. The TUNE-UP/MAINTENANCE - Furnace & A/C tune-up was efficient, and everything has been working perfectly since. I appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend them.

Had to replace my AC and Furnace. Had a great experience with PJ the advisor who came out and spent time explaining options and answered my questions and anticipated pther informationI might need. He was genuine and I felt I could trust his advice. He suggested a great system and install was booked in a few days. I nearly had an earlier install but that had to be cancelled. They installed on the date they promised. Installers were also great and mindful of my home as my unit is located on the roop and top floor and presents its own challenges. New system works great and cools very quickly. Looking forward to the savings on my electric and gas bills!

This is our family’s 4th independent contract with Aire One. Will not venture anywhere else. We do not work for them. Full disclosure. Yet based on their integrity and prime processes, I might consider it.

Jan 2026: the saga continues. They claim they didn't install our air conditioner and I should remove the review. Except they did 'install' the air conditioner. Sure, I'll remove the review after you refund me the 15k you essentially stole from me by destroying our ceiling and installing garbage. You know how to reach me. AVOID THESE GUYS! Original review: terrible experience. Installation was a disaster. I was asked permission to cut a hole in the ceiling, which I gave. There was sound baffling over where the hole was and it would be easy to cover. No, these geniuses cut THROUGH the baffling instead of removing it first. That would be like cutting through a TV to get to the wall. They basically shrugged when I confronted them about it. Said it wasn't their problem. Eventually the unit fell off the wall. 3 days after installation. Thank god no one was dining in the restaurant at the t

Very expensive. Will not use again. $145 for service call + labour costs of $175.- Most companies just charge labour costs - especially as a returning customer . I will not recommend. * Has nothing to do with guy who serviced. After having a conversation, they apologized for not informing me of service charge and quickly refunded me in good faith. Thank You for being fair.

Too expensive for call plus repair that literally took 20min. I paid $333 for labor and parts was on warranty

Was very disappointed that the service man did nothing and I had to pay $111.00. I got another technician to come by and he did the same thing yours did and was not charged a cent. And I was told by your technician that it would take me two weeks to get a carrier unit.with the heat now this is not service. Will have to think twice before I call again for any kind of service.from you.

Did not see any professionalism Spoke to customer service in booking an appointment, Did not get a call back from sales rep I did another call to make sure they did not forgot it. They were able to pull my info and then on second attempt the sales guys seems no interest in getting what i need and wanted to push heat pump. I would advice the management to have proper sales people who understand what customer needs are and not to push what they want to sell
