I had a very disappointing experience with Donya Jewelry on Thursday. Before visiting, I checked their Google listing, which clearly stated that the store was open until 7:00 PM. I drove almost an hour through heavy rush-hour traffic and arrived around 6:45 PM, expecting to have enough time to shop. However, when I entered, the staff member told me they were already closed. I pointed out that both their Google listing and the sign on the store indicated they were open until 7:00 PM. His response was that they use the last part of the day to collect their belongings and prepare to leave, so customers cannot shop during that time. If the store is not willing to serve customers before 7:00 PM, then the posted closing time should reflect that. What disappointed me even more was the unprofessional and dismissive attitude. This store was incredibly professional from their customer service to their ability to find your sense of style and will remember to give you a call every time a new item similar to your taste comes in for you to take a look. They also negotiate reasonable prices with you to ensure your highest level of comfort with payment, and they never charge interest. Overall, their service will make you want to revisit many times and not want to leave once you step inside. Highly recommend!

I strongly recommend avoiding this jewelry store. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They damaged my jewelry and returned it in poor condition, with visible marks from the impact clearly noticeable on the piece. On top of that, their behavior was very disrespectful and inappropriate. My experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this store to others.

I had the unfortunate displeasure of choosing this jewellery to sell a bracelet, buy a ring and fix a watch. First experience was great. There was young gentleman that helped us out. He was professional, friendly and overall very nice to deal with. Now here is where it all left a bad taste in my mouth. We went back to get the watch, there were two older men manning the shop, it was not a busy day, may be 1 other customer there, while waiting on our turn, my husband asked about a watch and its price. The watch was in the display next to 30 other watches. One of the men, responded Incredibly RUDELY that it is not for sale. Mind you, my husband is not Iranian and he was confused. It feels like they’ve come straight from the backstreets with no sense of customer service, no expertise, and no professionalism. On top of that, their prices are the highest I’ve seen. I checked with multiple stores, and they gave me the highest quotes. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust them at all. I strongly recommend that you avoid this place. Their business doesn’t seem trustworthy—there’s even a chance they could be running a scam.
