I purchased a car from them about two months ago. I was unable to inspect the vehicle in person because it was being exported. When it arrived, it was in terrible condition. The seat belts were damaged, the tires were severely worn, and the entire car was covered in scratches. I specifically asked them to send me a video of the car before the purchase, but they never did. I believe they deliberately concealed all of the vehicle’s defects. On top of that, the suspension is worn out and makes noticeable noises, even though they sold the car to me as being in perfect condition.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place, the prices were really good compared with others. It's my second car that i have purchased here, they both work good, no issues at all. Very good service,staff is really knowledgeable, especially Bardia who was helping me. They work not for profit but for you the customer to find exactly what you looking for. Very highly recommended

Dealing with Dary Woaf I gave him all the details on my car, VIN pictures and everything else and then you have to keep asking hiw much for trade in and he keeps asking for phone number to set up appointment. There is no appointment just asking a question. So lost two sales cause wouldn’t do some work and just try. Few mins of work and get an estimate as I live 3 hrs away and didn’t do anything wanted me to get in front of his sales guy. I have been dealing with Dilawri for years and I guess just used to people being hungry enough to work for a sale

Do not buy from this dealership. They’ll sell you a warranty package and when it’s time to submit a claim with the warranty, the policy is not active due to non-payment of Auto Moon. I’ve owned my car for 8 months after buying from Auto Moon and have issues already and can’t even submit a claim because I don’t have a warranty active policy even though I paid $2300 for 24 months. The employees here are so rude and DARYOUSH will get in your face even when pregnant.

When purchased automobiles, the safety inspection not well performed....never again ! Purchased the good from far but far from good 2007 Apple red color Dodge Charger se 3.5l , Park brakes not working and rusted, engine light came on 2 weeks after, Was picking up the car the key in ignition and engine running doors locked the employees got a wire and crow bar, correct crow bar, to pry open the drivers side door i told him not to, the owner and asked me do you want us to help you i reply , yes but not that way a about 15 minutes a slim Jim was used the owner blamed the purchaser. Avoid AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! THESE ARE SCAMMERS!!! We purchased a car from here, the middle Eastern man (Dary) told us lies and sold us a SUV. We even got certification which cost $900. When we checked with our mechanic, the mileage was changed to a lower amount, the car has corrosion underneath which explains why they never let us go for a test drive. When we are for the refund they didn't give and we have complained to the Mississauga police. Consumer Affairs have issued a beware list to this dealership and they don't have a real business name. The better business bureau has delisted them since there are 31 complaints pending and no response from the owner. If anyone purchased their car from this dealership, please FOR GOD SAKES CHECK YOUR CAR WITH A MECHANIC AND COMPLAIN TO THE NEAREST POLICE. THE POLICE ARE AWARE OF THIS SCAM BUSINESS.
