Nardeen is the absolute sweetest! She is so professional and warm and guides/educates you through the whole process. It was my first time getting laser and she made feel so comfortable from start to finish of the sessions. The results were amazing, there’s almost no hair growth in the areas I got laser done after a handful of sessions. Can’t recommend her enough!

Be careful with the laser hair removal ‼️ most of the technicians working in the clinic have no idea how to use the laser machine. Lately stuff comes and goes ‼️ why??? Very bad experience with the laser hair removal. When addressing the problem all they do is just talk and change you with a different clinician. So hard to trust clinicians with your skin especially after they burn 🔥 your skin. Not only that , but they don’t give you money back‼️‼️‼️ so be careful of them selling you packages. You will be forced to use your sessions with them regardless if you want or NOT. I’m surprised that this clinic still exists.

BEWARE GIFT CARD SCAM!! TDLR: they treat their gift cards like plastic, will make up rules around them to make you pay more money than you have already given their business. I was given $250 worth of gift cards for Canada med laser Newmarket as a gift. I went in for an aqua pure facial ($200 plus tax). After my facial, when I went to pay with my three gift cards ($50, $75, $125) the lady told me that I can only use gift cards when you buy a package of facials and not just a single facial. This is not written anywhere on their website nor was this discussed to the person that went in and bought their gift cards. When I told them this they proceeded to call their manager and speak a different language to them while on the phone in front of me. Disappointing Service Since Management Change I am deeply frustrated with the service at Canada Med Laser since the management change. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, with three different staff members handling my treatments without my consent. Initially, I was informed that Shadi no longer works there. Then, another staff member was replaced, and I was told I hadn’t specified a preference. I repeatedly requested a consistent technician for Brazilian laser treatments, as I am uncomfortable with new staff each time. Yesterday, I took an Uber to the clinic and arrived three minutes late. Despite speaking Farsi to the Persian lady at the counter, she insisted on responding in English, which was not a problem. She asked me to fill out a form before my treatment, which I did. The Manager Ellie is super rude and not accommodating at all! I have been going to this clinic for 3 years. After my first few appointments I requested having one of the 2 estheticians that I feel more comfortable with to do my laser treatment, but unfortunately that did not happen because who I requested was no longer working there. It doesn’t surprise me that she has staff turnover, seeing how rude she is with her clients I guess her staff can’t tolerate her either. To top it all off, I purchased the “Results Guarantee” package and I still have patches of hair! Ellie is trying to tell me that they can’t keep treating me unless I buy another package, which defeats the purpose of the package I purchased! like excuse me, $1300 later and I still have patches of hair is ridiculous!

I bought my mom a gift package which included 2 facials for her birthday. The first time she went, she dealt with Channel who is AMAZING and super friendly. My mom had a great experience with her! When her facial was finished, she booked her next appointment, which was the oxygen facial for two weeks later. When it was time for her appointment, they could not find my mom in the system. The person who was going to be doing the facial, Anna, was very rude and unprofessional to my mother. She constantly told my mom that she was wrong and the package did not include a second facial. The way she was speaking to my mother made it seem like my mom was trying to take advantage of a free facial which is NOT the case.
