سلام دوستان مدیر بی‌تربیت این آژانس یک بلیط ۹۵ روزه ترکیه به ما فروخت البته به درخواست خودمان و بدون اینکه به ما بگوید بايد ویزا تهیه کنیم و وقتی در فرودگاه ما به مشکل خوردیم بجای کمک و همفکری وقتی با ایشون تماس گرفتم با لحن خیلی تندی صحبت کرد و وقتی گفتم چرا اینجوری صحبت میکنید گفت بخاطر اینکه نفهمی و بعد قطع کرد و ما هر چه تماس گرفتیم جواب نداد من هم این ریویو را گذاشتم هم نفهم را معرفی کنم و هم خدمات پس از فروش را تعریف کنم

I approached to assist me with my visa application, expecting professional guidance and support. Unfortunately, they failed miserably in fulfilling their responsibilities. Terrible experience with Afra Travel. They made a mistake with our ticket and didn’t help fix it. Instead, they acted rude and caused us extra costs by changing the airline for the replaced ticket. Worst customer service ever! Mr. Kamran changed the ticket but with another airline and DIDN'T answer my calls after he just made us accept the new ticket we didn't want. He's rude and not supportive if you have a problem.

When you deal with a Travel Agency you expect them not only to sell you a ticket but also to support you for any cancellation, ticket change or refund claim. Unfortunately Atlas Travel doesn't support you at all. Even when you are doing everything yourself and spending plenty of time communicating with Airlines to cancel the ticket and claim for refund and have all of the evidence and reference numbers for your refund which is deposited to their account they simply deny receiving any money and you have to fight with them as there is no sense of responsibility to customer. Currently I am in a situation that Air Canada clearly saying the refund money sent to Afra Travel and I have to deal with them directly and Afra Travel (even at management level) doesn't feel have to do anything other than easily denying receiving any money.

Just don't go there. The manager, Kamran, is not going to/incapable of giving you sufficient options and different flight routes. Me and my family spent almost $3500 worth of tickets only to find out, later, I could get a faster and shorter route at a much cheaper rate. Just shop around and look online and I promise you'll find much better flights at cheaper prices than Afra Travel.

I wish we could give 0 stars. Beware when buying ticket and need to postpone your departure. They will charge you about $1000 to simply change your departure date. They dont let you fly without vaccination card even though airline may not require it!

The kebabs were juicy, the rice perfectly cooked, and the flavors authentic.

The agency took my money without delivering the promised quality of service.

They reply quickly, are responsible and helpful, and the price is fair.
