He gave us excellent advice on how to prepare and design the house for sale, and he priced it very reasonably—which ultimately was sold for more than we expected. If you’re looking to rent through him or hire him as a property manager - run! I was looking for a house to rent in July 2026. Out of the listings I reached out to, Mehrdad had listed 2 of them. He sent me the details of the open houses for both of them, and I agreed to visit. On the viewing day, July 25, we met him at the first house. He introduced himself as the property manager for both properties. When we finished the viewing and asked about the second property, he told us to meet him there within an hour. We drove to the second property, waited for more than 1 hour 30 minutes, and he never showed up. I called him more than 3 times but he didn’t answer nor text back. We decided it was probably for the better; if the property manager wouldn’t answer our calls when he needed a tenant, he probably will never our calls if something breaks down if we were living in one of his propertie

Unfortunately we purchased, rented out as well as sold our house with Mehrdad and I don’t recommend him! Too much drama instead of professionalism! Edit: as you are asking for additional information. I'm happy to provide! With your recommendation we sold our house to someone from another country then on the closing day they didn't close the deal and they had issues faking their mortgage pre-approval documents. At the moment you called us and told us you should still get fully paid and even if the deal completely falls apart and you list the house again, you should get paid again for selling. We ended up paying lots of lawyer fees and the deal got closed eventually. you know what is the interesting part? you blocked both me and my husband on your business account on Instagram a week later! We still don't know what you were hiding from us after selling our house with that huge headache. A

If you’re looking for a Realtor who actually tells you the truth, go with Mehrdad. From the start, he was straightforward with me. If a property wasn’t right, he would say so, and I never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. I also liked that he has a good network of trusted people for mortgages, inspections, and renovations, but never pushed any of them on me. He gave me his honest opinion and let me make my own decision. No pressure, just good advice and respect for what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Mehrdad to anyone looking for an honest and reliable Realtor.
