GTA Golden Group

Hamed and Behrad were fantastic in helping me find the perfect location for my second clinic. They understood exactly what I needed and made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for commercial space!

Behrad was a pleasure to work with and represented his clients very well. He was very professional and prompt. Quick to ensure that all documents were ready and prepared and overall a true professional in his field. Looking forward to work together again!

Working with Hamed and Behrad was an absolute nightmare. They constantly pushed decisions that clearly benefited their commission rather than my interest, by offering over-priced properties, which led to a great financial loss from my end. Hamed and Behrad consistently lied about the terms of the contract, hid structural defects of properties and only offered the listings that provided them with high commission. I later learned that many other clients had similar disastrous experiences with them. I will only recommend them to those who are looking to have their worst financial experience in their life.

Behrad helped me find the perfect location for my new house and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and managed to find a really great deal in a very short amount of time. What initially felt almost impossible to achieve turned out to be very easy for Behrad thanks to his knowledge, dedication, and efficiency. I truly appreciated his support and professionalism. I’m definitely looking forward to doing more business with him in the future.
