Coming from a background working with luxury automotive brands, I found the atmosphere at Lexus of Vaughan to be surprisingly mid. Instead of feeling genuinely welcoming, it felt forced. Staff repeatedly tried to push coffee and refreshments on me to the point where it became uncomfortable rather than hospitable. Luxury service is about reading the customer, not trying to check a box. The sales approach also felt incredibly pushy. *edit November 2025* I’d like to make an edit on the ACTUAL situation that happened based on your reply and please note I had original photos from this situation of the condition of the brakes and rim/tires from when I bought the car. Not only did the rim of the tire have damage on them, but a piece of the sidewall rubber was also chipped off with cracking in the sidewall. Before this can be denied, you guys replaced both the damaged rim for one wheel, and for the other wheel you guys replaced the tire with the damaged side wall when you were caught for what you had done. According to your reply is this above and beyond provincial standards letting a car get safetied from a Lexus dealership with sidewall damage? Also this car had 55,000km when we bought it and the brakes had to be replaced by 65,000km. To my knowledge a good set of brakes should last 60,000km, so are you saying that the

I recently visited this Lexus dealership to check out a 2023 RX that was listed as a certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicle, and my experience was disappointing. During the test drive, I noticed a strange noise and was told it was just the turbo. After doing my own research and asking again, a technician later confirmed it was a transmission issue that needs to be replaced. For a CPO car, I expected better inspection and transparency. This experience made me question how thoroughly these vehicles are checked. Buyers should be cautious and do their own research.

Avoid This Scammy Dealership at All Costs! Never dont go there！！！！！ I strongly advise everyone to avoid this dishonest and money-grabbing dealership when getting your car serviced. My experience with them has been nothing short of infuriating. I went there for routine maintenance, and they tried to rip me off by insisting that I replace my brake rotors, even though they were still perfectly usable. They tried to push the replacement as if it was absolutely necessary. Later, I consulted a friend who recommended another mechanic, and guess what? My brake rotors still had 50% of their life left and didn’t need replacing at all. This dealership had quoted me $2,000 for the job! Can you believe that?
