Trilli Tires

I took my 2019 Veloster to Trilli after the dealership quoted me just over 3000$ for repairs. They found a small coolant leak from a radiator hose that the dealership misdiagnosed as transmission coolant lines saving me 1300$ on that repair alone. I had my front brakes completely serviced pads and rotors replaced following a very loud screeching sound along with a wheel alignment, coolant flush and my CV boot replaced and re greased. Trikesh was my services advisor and did an exceptional job as well as doing all he could to keep repairs within my budget. I will be retuning to continue servicing my car.

Needed a set of winter tires urgently. Despite it being end of season and having an unusual tire spec, TrilliTires was able to order tires and get me installed within a day. I called around to multiple places (including the big chain stores) and no one was able to help. TrilliTires was not only able to help me so quickly, but they also gave me a great price. Used TrilliTires for the first time and was very happy with their service. The staff there was super friendly and made sure to take care of me as the busiest time of year was fast approaching (tires were done and swapped for me end of October). Would recommend TrilliTires to anyone who is looking to have tire work done as Staff was Excellent and Service was Amazing not to mention quick even with their busy schedule and my dirty tires were bagged and placed back into the car!

Guy tries to charge more to swap for 22 inch than 20 inch - says it’s more work, as if I was born yesterday. Watch out, make sure he includes air in the price of swapping tires if you deal with him.

Trilli tires was really the summum experience i could have as they neven even tried to overcharge or anything at all and they did check and even go over and beyond my expectations with all they gave me for safety of my tire which i had cought a flat tire which j came in without appointment and were even fast on work as i had an appointment with another shop which they did not show up but trilli tires team was here to save the day, i recommend that place heavilly over every other shop.

Amazing service, great prices and fast turnaround.

Very disappointed with this tire replacement service. The staff damaged my white leather seat by placing a tool on it, leaving an indentation. They also hit a side of rear door, causing paint damage, and left black and orange stains on my white leather seats, centre console, roof lining, and driver-side suede trim. A simple tire change should not result in damage and a dirty interior. I would not return and cannot recommend this company.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for 4 years. Three weeks ago, I booked an appointment for an oil change at 8:00 AM today. This morning, I had an emergency and badly cut my finger. I immediately called to let them know I would be around 30 minutes late, and they said to still come in. After driving 45 minutes to get there, they told me I could either reschedule or wait until 1:00 PM — for a simple oil change. That’s how they treat a long-time customer who called ahead and explained the situation. If they had just informed me over the phone that they couldn’t accommodate me anymore, I would have avoided wasting my time and driving all the way there with an injured hand. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I expected better after four years of trust.

Nice and friendly service. However, when I bought new tires I was told that my front brakes are completely gone and they must be replaced immediately. The back brakes are not as worn as the front but need to be changed too. Although they offered a reasonable price on brake replacement I could not afford to leave the car as o use it for work. Today, which is three months after Trilli said that I must change the brakes, I had another auto service shop do a mechanical inspection. After the inspection I asked about the brakes and was told that I have about 30% remaining. The mechanic even showed me the brakes to show that I still have sufficient brake available. I asked if it will be okay until spring, he told me that it might even be good until the end of the year. They are good guys, but I went to them to change my brakes and did not do it well at all. I asked them to fix my problem and will pay After brakes replacement, I hear a very loud noise which not look normal, but could Never find the reason . Any time , talked to them, told me that have never seen this issue instead of finding a solution for my car. I do Never ever recommend this place for major problems, because they are not proficient and do not have required skills. I am Never satisfied with their service.
