Bu ajansla ofislerine giderek iletişim kurdum. Seçil Hanım’a tüm kişisel bilgileri ve seyahat detaylarını iletmeme rağmen bir hafta boyunca hiçbir geri dönüş alamadım birden fazla kendisine telefon ile ulaşmaya çalışmama rağmen. Bir hafta sonra sanki hic tarihleri kendisine söylememişim gibi beni arayarak tarihleri belirlediniz mi diye sordu. Bu süreçte biletlerin fiyatları yükseldi. Tavsiye etmiyorum. I visited this agency in person and spoke with Ms. Seçil. Even though I shared all my personal information and travel details, I didn’t receive any response for a week, despite trying to reach her multiple times by phone. After a week, she called me as if I had never provided the dates and asked whether I had decided on them. During this time, ticket prices increased. I do not recommend them.

Terrible experience! I don’t know where to start… mistakes after mistakes, wrong reservations, unissued tickets, perhaps to sell last minute tickets for higher prices, people left hanging at airports, not to mention the wrong attitudes and not taking responsibility for any of these… And I know we are not alone. People are just too busy to take the time to write here. They just go elsewhere. My two cents: Stay away!

0 yildiz Problem yasamak istiyen, veya ucaga binmek istemiyinler buraya gelsin. I had a lot of problems with this company. they sold me several different tickets not connected together. So at the airport I had a lot of problems, and especially during local flights, my suitcases (bagages) were not accepted so I had to pay an extra $$$ for each local flight I made. in short, if you are looking for trouble abroad you are in the right place. JUST GO AWAY. 0 STAR PLZ.

Who ever is in change is unprofessional, extremely rude , gives no information or incorrect information to the passengers. I would never recommend it👎unless you need a headache you can go with this agent
