I had a terrible experience with this agency. I paid them $300 for their services, but the guidance they provided was entirely wrong. Specifically, they gave me incorrect advice about canceling my hotel reservation, which directly resulted in my visa application being rejected. If you are looking for an agency that understands immigration and travel logistics, look elsewhere. Their lack of knowledge cost me both my money and my trip. Strongly do not recommend. I had a terrible experience with Atlas Travel & Holidays. airline ticket was cancelled twice. The airline refunded the full amount, however the agency deducted CAD $75 without my consent. When I questioned this, Parisa Saadat behaved unprofessionally and told me: “Go complain wherever you want.” There was no authorization, no transparency, and no respect for the customer. Keeping money after a full airline refund is completely unacceptable. I strongly do NOT recommend Atlas Travel & Holidays. This matter has also been escalated through formal channels

I booked a flight through Atlas Travel, and unfortunately, I encountered some issues. Turkish Airlines informed me about a schedule change and offered a full refund or flight rebooking at no extra cost. However, because I purchased through a third party, I couldn’t process the refund myself. After multiple calls to Atlas Travel, they eventually canceled my ticket but deducted $50 as a fee, which I believe is unjust since Turkish Airlines had offered me a full refund option. This experience was frustrating and felt unfair. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

I had a terrible experience with this agency (agent named Mehrnaz) during my recent trip from Izmir to Ottawa, which involved a missed connection and a complete lack of responsibility on their part. Despite informing the agency well in advance about a technical issue with the Air Canada online check-in portal, no meaningful assistance was provided. As a result, I was denied boarding in Paris, stranded at Charles de Gaulle Airport for over 18 hours without a Schengen visa, and forced to endure a 42-hour journey instead of the planned 18 hours. What’s more disappointing is that instead of taking responsibility for handling the flight disruption, which is the duty of any competent travel agency they left me to resolve everything myself and charged me for the alternative flight. A travel agency is supposed to ensure a smooth and complete journey, especially when issues arise. In my case,

The agents on the phone lie. Brought it to the attention of manger and no action of even response. 220$once they lied about, they said website price are not updated, though it was and they wanted to get commission. He didn't tell me it's commission money, later i realized through my credit card. Another time, agent told me she would refund my 50$booking unofficial ticket fee if i purchased the ticket later I did purchase the ticket later, but she told me it would have been if i did it through her rather than online (so that she gets commission and extra charges from me, though initially she told me that is fine to buy online) Very dishonest. Don't buy anything through their agents, they even lie about the price not being updated so to increase the price on their end. This is not a business you want to trust
