I’ve been visiting this place for the past year and a half, and it’s consistently been a great experience every time. The staff is always friendly and genuinely helpful. They’ve been very accommodating with requested denominations, which makes the process much more convenient, and their exchange rates are some of the best I’ve found. Their online support is also excellent quick with responses and reliable with any inquiries about transactions or rates. If you’re not in a rush, I’d definitely recommend choosing them over airport exchange counters, as the rates and overall service are much much better. It’s always a pleasure dealing with them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy service and great value.

I recently had a very bad experience with a lady who was working in their customer service. She behaved very unprofessionally, in a way that is absolutely not acceptable for someone in a customer service role in Canada. I will never deal with this company again!!!!!!!.

The women that works there is useless! Drove over 30 mins, after getting a quote from useless on the rate for USD. Turns out she made an error, and said I heard incorrectly. Thanks for wasting my time!

Customer service done by ladies, very poor I always check the rate at the bank. Most of the time is equal. They not giving better offers at all. Also, they won’t give you a receipt. Just show you the numbers on the calculator.

False prices! They give you a better rate when you call but when you go there they increase the rate!! Absolutely unbelievable. Save your time and money!! Go to a better exchange
