I had an excellent experience at York Trust Exchange. The staff were professional, friendly, and very patient in answering all my questions. Their exchange rates were competitive and the whole process was quick, smooth, and transparent with no hidden surprises. I really appreciated how welcoming and trustworthy they were. It’s hard to find a currency exchange place that combines great customer service with such efficient service. Highly recommend York Trust Exchange to anyone looking for reliable currency exchange!

Amazing service...Amir is excellent. Highly recommend for any fx transactions

Great service. The highest exchange rate in the area

This business is incredibly dishonest and untrustworthy. The owner is a complete liar. He initially offers the lowest rate over the phone, but then changes his word and sneaks in a different rate on paper. When confronted about it, he just comes up with ridiculous excuses. He is a big liar and the rudest with a very cheap attitude . This has been the first and worst experience I've ever had with a currency exchange.

I called around 5:30 pm on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 and asked for some rates to exchange £ to CAD$. The guy said he closes at 6pm (even though Google says 7pm). I said it’ll take me 30 min to get there and I may be a couple mins after 6pm. He said he’d wait for me. I got here around the time I said I’d arrive and he wasn’t there. Doors locked. Tried calling over and over again… nothing. Wasted my time and gas.

They keep money for a long time when transferring money to Iran. They claim 3 days which usually take them to pay a portion of money and keep a portion until you follow up in Iran. They used to have "no charge" for money transfer but recently they do charge and claim "we have always charged" which seems suspicious to me, probably due to being under surveillance. I have much better experience with other exchange companies although initially their lower rate attracted me.

It is terrible They were not organized. I bought CAD from them but it was very disappointing. They delivered the money with two days delay and even they had lost my order information

Couple days ago I wanted to get currency from this place. They are ***Tribble*** . Very rude costumer service and cheap attitude. I would recommend to take your business somewhere else.Anywhere but this place. They Don’t even deserve 1 star.

Excellent service, very good rates and nice and honest staff.

Amir gave me the best price for my gold - highly recommend for anything!

Free Parking in the plaza, excellent rate and fast service.
