I got my hair color (root touch-up) done here by Reema/Rima (sorry, I’m not sure of the correct spelling), and I was really happy with her service. She made sure to understand exactly how I wanted my hair colored and also took the time to make sure I was happy with the final result. She did a really good job! One thing I would like to mention is regarding the pricing. The lady who booked my appointment, Minu/Meenu (again, I’m not sure of the correct spelling), checked my hair growth and quoted me $65 when I booked the appointment. However, after the service, I was charged $75. I don’t mind paying the additional $10, but if a price is quoted at the time of booking, I feel the final price should either match it or the customer should be informed beforehand about any change. I visited Zara Spa & Hair Studio today for eyebrow shaping and was very impressed. Meenu is amazingly talented and experienced: she took time to assess what would suit my facial features and guided me through the best brow shape. Her touch is light and gentle, and her calm, reassuring voice made the whole treatment relaxing. The result looks natural and flattering. I’m a regular here — Jasmine also does my brows sometimes and is always excellent. Professional, welcoming, and skilled staff; I highly recommend Zara Spa & Hair Studio.

Jasmine is truly the best! She is consistently meticulous in the quality of her work, always attentive to detail, and genuinely takes the time to ensure everything is done perfectly. My eyebrows always come out beautifully symmetrical, and she maintains the ideal shape without ever overdoing a cleanup. I also get my upper lip done, and she is incredibly thorough, with not a single hair left behind. On top of her excellent service, the pricing is very reasonable, and the customer service is exceptional. Jasmine is incredibly kind and welcoming, and her professionalism and warmth make every visit such a great experience.

I got my hair coloured and cut by Zara at Zara Hair Spa. The colour initially turned out a little brighter than I expected, but she was happy to adjust it without any fuss, which I really appreciated. I’m much happier with the new colour and really like the haircut too. Thank you, Zara, for taking the time to get it right.

Excellent their laser machine! I recommend it I did my full face and after only the first appointment, my hair barely grow after 5 weeks!

Every time I go here whether it is for threading or a haircut all the ladies are so kind and very thorough. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and leave feeling happy and confident

I recently went to this salon for a pedicure and was attended to by the salon owner Zara. It was a disaster. She pushed my nail bed back so much while trying to clean my cuticles. She was so aggressive that it hurt, and I told her so but she persisted. I came home with an injured and severely pushed back nail bed and I do not know when that will heal. All because she did not have the patience to let my feet soak and the cuticles soften. I have been here before for pedicures and they went alright but I was attended to by others and they at least did not injure my feet. This neighbourhood does not have any other salons so I am stuck with them unfortunately. Will just avoid scheduling with the owner.

Went there for hair consultation - sat on their sofa for a bit while I waited for the lady who does the dye to come. As I stepped out I felt something on my arm and saw bed bug bites on my arm and a literal bed bug on my shirt. Never went back.

Today I went to Zara there were 4 ladies setting doing nothing. I did my eyebrows and paid with cash and went out to go home. The one lady was shutting calling me back to the salon to tell me that they just wanted to confirm if I paid or not. They literally meant I was a thief and stole their so called $10 dollars. They mentioned Zara herself is in India. I felt really humiliated and disrespected by their statement of so called confirming if I paid or not. I wish they were more educated and could tell who pays and who just takes their money and run away. I am the regular customer as well. From today on will never ever go again. I wish I could give them 0 star and also when Zara called from India she was depending her wrong workers without being sorry from her heart.

I am a regular customer at zara, normally i go for eyebrows threading. But on this Saturday i went for a haircut & they just ruined my hair so badly!! Terrible service, i am gonna attach the pictures below. Never going back again. Totally disappointed with the service. Overlea location.

**Extremely Disappointed with My Recent Visit** I recently visited *Zara Hair Salon* for a haircut and had a truly upsetting experience. I clearly explained to the stylist, Simran, that I wanted to keep my hair long and only add layers. I even showed her a reference picture and specifically asked her **not to shorten the length**. Despite all of this, she drastically cut my hair from hip length to shoulder length. When I expressed my concern and reminded her of our conversation, instead of acknowledging the mistake, she began to argue with me. To make matters worse, the owner, Zara, was unhelpful and supported the stylist without even listening to my side. The haircut itself is uneven — the left side is significantly longer than the right.
