I had such a wonderful experience at Karishma Salon! I went in for a lash lift, brow lift (lamination), and tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and very friendly. They were right on time with my appointment, so I didn’t have to wait at all. The whole experience was smooth, relaxing, and very professional. A special thank you to Emma, who did my service. She was incredibly kind, professional, and detail-oriented. She took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly, and the results were clean, natural, and exactly what I wanted. I’m extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Karishma Salon to anyone looking for high-quality beauty services. Iam deeply disappointed with the brow shaping service I received today. I paid 50$ expecting a professional brow mapping and symmetry correction, but the result is completely uneven. One of my brows was cut noticeably shorter than the other, and the shapes/arch levels don't match at all. It is clear that no proper mapping or assessment was done. For this price, I expected a high-quality, professional service, but unfortunately, it was a total waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this place if you are looking for well-shaped brows

I decided to try this place after seeing all the good reviews. Emma did my brows as well as a lash lift and tint. I have a lot of eyebrow to work with, and Emma gave me the most beautiful shape, and the symmetry is something I struggle with—I’m simply wowed with what she was able to do for me. My lash lift was incredible too. It was the first time I've had it done. I'm just amazed by her talent and will only be coming here from now on! *Update - I’ve been back for brows again, as well as lash lift and tint, and Emma and her team are really amazing. They always take their time and the skill/talent is totally worth another 5 star review

I’ve been a regular customer for eyebrow shaping with threading for over a year, and I’m very happy with the results. Emma is so nice, and my eyebrows look clean and well-shaped thanks to her.

Very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment for 11:00 a.m., received a confirmation, and arrived five minutes early, only to find the business closed. I waited over 10 minutes, tried calling and the door several times, but no one was there and I received no communication. What I find particularly frustrating is that they require a credit card and have a strict 100% no-show policy because missed appointments are disrespectful of their time and disruptive to their business. I completely understand that policy, but the same respect should be extended to clients. I showed up on time for a confirmed appointment and was left waiting outside with no explanation. It was equally disrespectful of my time and disruptive to my day. Unexpected circumstances happen, but a simple call, text, or email would have made all the difference. Very poor experience.

I recently had a keratin lash lift and tint with Emma, and I’m so happy with the results! My lashes look amazing. I have very sensitive eyes, so I was a little nervous at first, but Emma was incredibly professional, gentle, and patient. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and made sure I was feeling okay every step of the way. I absolutely love my lashes and would definitely recommend Emma to anyone looking for a beautiful lash lift. Update: I recently went back to Kereshmah Beauty for a brow lamination with Emma, and once again, I’m so happy with the results! I was a little worried that my brows might look too thick or wide after the lamination, but Emma did such a great job. She shaped them beautifully and made sure they suited my face. Terrible experience. I asked her very specifically to not thread the centre of my browse above my nose. I could then feel her removing their hair there I stopped her and asked her what she was doing, she then says oh because your brow starts medial to this point I then say exactly I said I do not want you to remove the Center of my browse just to thread the top and the bottom. This is a very upsetting. She opened up the space and my brows are now farther out from each other from where they’re supposed to be because she did not listen to my very specific instructions.

I got my eyebrows microbladed here with Emma a few months ago and I am not impressed with the service or how they turned out. The service felt very rushed; it took under an hour, when usually microblading is around 2 hours. I also had to wait 30+ minutes because they overbooked. I had microblading 5+ years ago at a different clinic, so I thought I knew what to expect this time. My eyebrows have almost completely faded, expect for one spot that stayed, but the microblading strokes do not look natural at all. I recommend staying far away from this place - try somewhere else!!

Horrible customer service. They don’t communicate with you. Apparently they didn’t book my appointment and didn’t tell me. So when I went, the lady at the front said “you don’t have an appointment” and didn’t say anything else. The other lady told me to wait. After waiting a while, I asked what I’m waiting for and she looked at the schedule, told me there’s no slot for me. I don’t understand why it’s hard to say “sorry I don’t see your booking but I’d love to reschedule you, sorry for the inconvenience”. Instead they preferred to make me wait 15 minutes and told me to call the lady who booked me, who also didn’t answer my calls. This is not how you treat customers. Also, you need a better system with your deposits. I deposited before the appointment but turns out it wasn’t early enough for them. I only found out when the lady who booked me called me half an hour after my original appoint

My opinion has totally changed about this place. I always went here for Royale or Signature brows with Krishna, however I don't think she is there anymore or she is fully booked that her name did not even appear when booking online, so I went for another person (won't say the name), but she is definitely new and was not confident in her work. She was really nice as a person and maybe good at other services, but I left with 2 different looking eyebrows after, and they are waxed way too deep, not a straight line and now have a weird looking eyebrow arch. My eyebrow shape is actually very clear, I didn't ask for anything complicated such as shape change. I'm guessing this place is getting a new team and if so they need to train their team better. I used to love this place so much that I referred 2 of my friends, but at this point I'm definitely not going back.

It’s the best brow salon in Toronto! It is conveniently located close to Bloor station. I do my eyebrows with Meagan who is incredibly talented. She recommended what type of service would be best for you. I always get the Royal Eyebrow (mapping and threading) service. The result always looks beautiful... look at the before and after! I love how my brows look. If you're looking for the best place to get your eyebrows done in Toronto, I highly recommend it.
