We just got our permits for an incredible home that we can't wait to build! Sia has been excellent from day 1 and his efforts significantly accelerated the approval process. He also stopped us from doing silly things in the design while accommodating everything we asked for. He always solved our wish list in a manner that makes the most sense. I strongly recommend Sia and his team!
