Vahid Sabbagh

I was introduced to Vahid through another client who had just secured a rental with him. From the moment we met, I knew he was attentive, responsive, and overall wanted my best interests. He picked me up, dropped me off and was always available to schedule last minute viewings when a rental property became available. Especially in a very competitive Toronto rental market, you really need someone who’s quick to secure you viewings. He always gave his honest opinion about the pros and cons of a property which as an indecisive person I really appreciated. We were finally able to find my dream apartment and it’s all thanks to Vahid! Bonus points:

Vahid is a very respectful, professional, and patient person. He really knows his job and handles everything with great care and attention to detail. What I appreciate most is that he’s very fair and balanced — he makes sure both the tenant and the landlord are happy. I’m very glad I worked with Vahid as my agent when looking for a rental home. I highly recommend him to anyone who is planning to buy, sell, or rent. Before doing anything, give Vahid a call — you’ll be in good hands.
