Wilson and Bathurst Medical Centre (Dr. Arjang Fallahdoost)

My dental crown came off unexpectedly, and they gave me an appointment right away. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Dr. Fallahdoost performed a root canal, and I was honestly surprised that I felt no pain at all throughout the procedure. They explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. I’m extremely grateful for their quick response and high-quality care. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist. Especially Dr Arjang Falahdoost. The receptionist is rude, aggressive, hostile, and yells at patients and lets others who have just walked in without booking an appointment to see the doctor first while you book an appointment and wait in the office for almost an hour. The doctor takes about half a year to follow up an ERP document request. I called ERP and said they had requested additional supporting documents from the family doctor and are waiting for him to send it. However, when I call the receptionist, they are unaware of anything.

Writing a five star so everyone can see this before their visit. The receptionist was very condescending and said that we, as patients, should be GRATEFUL that the doctor made time to see us. However, the doctor was late, and the clinic did not follow the scheduled appointment order. It seemed that they allowed people they personally knew to see the doctor first, instead of respecting the appointment schedule.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had coming to a walk in clinic. There is poor communication between doctors and reception leavening everyone in the dark. I proceed with the visit because I needed some document for work them met with allot of disrespect from the asain receptionist that didn’t speak to the doctor that seen me during the visit also they with held giving me any information to report the situation

Very disappointing experience with the clinic staff. The receptionist and lab technician (Layla) were rude and dismissive. I asked for my blood test results to be sent to my family doctor—which is my right under Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act and had already provided the family Dr information on the form. Layla responded rudely (“how are we supposed to remember?”) and refused to do it. She then told me to call back when results are ready, while also saying she doesn’t know when that will be. This was confusing and unprofessional. The doctor and drugstore ppl were great, but the front desk staff behavior was very unprofessional

Took my wife for a check up, the doctor prescribed an ultrasound and said the clinic will be in touch with me and let me know where to go for the ultrasound. And I never ended up hearing back from them. Weird.

The receptionist was terrible. The entire Facility is Very poorly maintained and dirty, especially for a doctors’s office. I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to go through with my doctors appointment, especially after the lack of regard I received from the receptionist. Definitely suggest anywhere else but here.

Worst possible clinic and doctor. Doesnt have a sense of customer service and receptionist doesnt know that the doctor is not taking new patients which wasted our whole day. You would wait for 40mins to hour even after you booked an appointment because they it doesnt matter to them if you have an appointment or not.

I used the facility today and didn't have any problem. They are open on Saturday. I called them booked an appointment and time frame . I was on time , receptionist is good and always having a smiling face . They gave me my medicine and vaccines told me to rest for 10 min and everything was done in half an hr ... good visiting them .

This place is great clinic lovely to see black doctors on staff and wonderful well mannered and friendly receptionist. Yes there is await, like any other doctors offices; especially clinics get the over flow of patients that don’t have family doctors etc however going before they open and or booking an appointment will save you much time. If you find yourself waiting and other patients are getting in before you, even if you come in before them, that just mean they booked an appointment. Best to book an appointment.

The staff was approachable, friendly, and created a very welcoming environment. They have a play area for the kids and free snacks for those who are still waiting. As per my partner's experience, the doctor did a great job because he didn't even feel pain when his tooth was extracted. Thank you all!

They are not even helping people and they are not acting like humans

She ignored me, stayed on her phone, and was extremely unhelpful.
