11 months agoMy son was referred to Dr. Fariba Nazemi, but unfortunately, the visit was quite disappointing. She came across as unprofessional and seemed unwilling to clearly explain my son's condition. We had waited six months for this appointment, which made the experience even more frustrating. She spent less than five minutes with him, offered no explanation about the root cause of his issue, and gave no guidance on how long or when to use the eye patch. Despite the optometrist’s recommendation, she didn’t prescribe new glasses—even though his current pair is scratched and worn out. Instead, she simply told us to return to the optometrist. In contras

9 months agoFrom the outset, the appointment was handled with an alarming lack of professionalism and clinical diligence. The physician entered the room and abruptly asked the reason for our visit, offering virtually no opportunity for a proper response. No standard testing was performed, and we were nearly dismissed outright—despite the fact that my daughter had already been fully dilated and prepared for the examination. It was made clear, both verbally and through her demeanor, that she viewed our request for a second opinion as an inconvenience and a waste of time. 3 years agoStay away from this Dr. Get another surgeon for your eyes Total lack of care and responsibility to her patients. She did a cataract lens replacement on my mother who has Glaucoma which had zero success in getting her sight back, but insisted we get this cataract surgery and upselling a lens that would never work. Shameful treatment to a 89 yr old patients. When we questioned her on why did you do the surgery when you knew the Glaucoma was there....she kept shugging her shoulders and said we chose to do it and it's not her fault.. This Dr. has had my mother as a patient since 2014, so it wasn't like she didn't know she had Glaucoma. Morally

2 years agoThis doctor Nazemi is still in bed for the second time in a row, while booking her patients for the 7:30am slot. 4 months ago, I came exactly on time, 7:30am. I had a business meeting to attend to for 9:30am. Front desk all covered for her absence saying she's in the back, getting prepped, when in fact she was still at home. 8:30am, I'm still waiting, this "professional" hasn't showed up. I ask the front desk about her whereabouts. They cover for her saying she's tied up back to back. I don't understand how that could be as I WAS THE FIRST PATIENT SHE BOOKED. Shouldn't she prioritize her very first patient? 8:50am, she still isn't here, so I

4 years agoThe worst desk front. The worst organization. A total chaotic, non responsible, reckless ones we have ever been refereed to. The eye doctor made to my special need kid a referral to this so called doctor, and they never came back to us, after a month or so waiting from them an answer I called the front desk, I got a reply “ we are. Very busy and the doctor refused to take your son in”. The question is: why you did not reply that inhuman answer right the way when you received the referral? Why waiting for the patient to call you and follow up because you so lazy to go your job? We called you earlier I told her but you don’t answer your phon
