3 months agoPurchased the VIP Single ($23). The touchless bay did a solid job knocking off the heavy debris and larger dirt, but I wasn’t particularly impressed beyond that. Once the car dried, a noticeable layer of road film and grime was still left on the paint. It’s fine if you just need a quick rinse to knock off the main dirt, but if you want a truly thorough clean, you’ll want to head to their self-serve bay where you can do a proper contact wash.

a month agoExcellent quality of the automatic touch-less wash with a choice of both washing and protective components. The wash starts with undercarriage blast and then layers of shampoo, followed by rinsing and drying. I especially appreciate the option with ceramic coating which gives streak-free gloss. Touch-less wash is especially convenient in winters. The location offers 2 touch-less and also 3 self-serve bays, available 24/7. Highly recommended for top-quality wash in North York.

a month agoI had such a great experience at this car wash thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff! David was especially kind and took the time to explain everything clearly. He even went the extra mile to treat some stubborn stains that didn’t come off during the automatic wash, carefully applying a special chemical and making sure my car was properly taken care of. I really appreciated the attention to detail and excellent customer service. Thank you so much, David and the team! I’ll definitely be coming back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

2 months agoHad a great experience at VIP Car Wash! Bera did an excellent job and was very professional, friendly, and detailed. My car came out looking absolutely clean and fresh. You can tell he takes pride in his work and really cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend asking for Bera if you visit VIP Car Wash! Great service! 👌🚗✨

Edited a year agoI frequently use VIP Carwash in Toronto and always have a good experience. As someone who appreciates a fast and efficient car wash, their automated touchless system is a lifesaver. It’s incredibly quick and gets my car sparkling clean without any hassle. For those who prefer a more hands-on approach, they also have self-service bays where you can vacuum and wash your own vehicle exactly how you like it. While the prices might be a little higher than other places, the quality and convenience make it completely worth it. If you’re in the area and need a great car wash.

a day agoMy experience with Carwash Canada Company South Surrey was disappointing and fell short of my expectations. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements to its service quality.

Edited 4 days agoUPDATE: No longer open 24hrs, which sucks big time. It was the only reason I went here, cause I can pull up at 2 or 3am and clean my car in peace. Now they close at 11 and its always irritatingly busy. Haven't gone back since they made the change. Clean amenities and bays. All the equipment work really well. Vacuums are getting weak but still does the job well. Recommend coming late @ night, it's tight spacing going through, and during the day is always packed and busy.

Edited 2 months agoUpdate 29 July 2026 I decided to give this place a second chance and used the self-service wash last night. We finished washing the car and, before 11:00 p.m., moved to the vacuum/drying area. That’s when we were met by someone who appeared to be the manager, and his attitude was surprisingly rude and unprofessional. This second experience completely changed my opinion of this place. Giving them another chance was a mistake. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely do not recommend this car wash to anyone. First experience: visited VIP Car Wash on Bathurst Street today and chose the touch-free option for $24. Unfortunately, the wash was very poor, barely cleaning light dust, and the dryer was extremely weak. Compared to other car washes, it’s not worth the money. The only positive is the excellent $2 vacuum and friendly staff. They also offer a self-wash option, which might be a bet

a year agoI’ve been a customer of VIP Car Wash for a couple of years now, but lately, I feel the quality has dropped significantly. I always pay the highest price for the best wash, yet the last three times, my car was still dirty and stained afterward. It’s a shame because it used to be a great touchless car wash option.

2 years agoJust paid $25 after tax to essentially NOT get a carwash. Looked up reviews online and this seemed the most appealing for the no touch car wash. However I regret paying the over priced price because my car is in the same way it was before I paid. Followed all guidelined, drove extremely slow, stayed in the middle, etc. Attached photos to still show the dirt and grime after getting the carwash done. Beyond ridiculous and a waste of time and money. Please take note these photos are taken at night so it just goes to show in fact how badly this car wash is.

3 weeks agoI was there washing like only 5 mins. My time hasn’t finished yet and it was charging. A staff come to me say show some respect to other customers and ask me to leave. I mean I literally waited 30mins in line. The staff didn’t ask anyone to leave. In this case do not name your shop VIP.

2 months ago***PSA*** - I recently washed my car here, paid almost $30 for their premium automatic wash which included the undercarriage spray. Immediately after the wash, my check engine light triggered, and within minutes, my engine started to sputter and misfire, and shortly thereafter, my car just shut off. I had to tow my car to my mechanic’s shop. My mechanic looked at my car and my ECU was fried. Nearly $2,000 later in towing, replacement ECU and mechanic labour costs, I called the number that was posted to report issues, explained what happened to my car and asked about compensation. The person on the other end of the phone, who said he was not the owner, basically gave me the equivalent of an F you, saying that, as per the signs posted, the car wash is not responsible for damages and they are used at one’s own risk. I insisted on getting the owner’s contact information, and they refus

Edited 7 months agoThis is a popular "touchless" car wash spot on the weekends. I do not recommend going in the evening on a weekend. We spent over 25 minutes in a line up on two occasions. You can purchase a monthly plan or pay for an individual car wash. They have an app you can download. I'm not sure why everyone goes here because I see little difference from the touchless Esso car wash. Perhaps price? I still think Esso is 2-3 dollars cheaper. Maybe this place offers better deals when you purchase more than 1. On the weekends, there was staff present directing traffic and providing assistance. There is no need to drive your car in and sit in "neutral". In f

Lastly, the pricing is reasonable for the quality of service provided.
