6 months agoI recently visited Miraj Hammam Spa and had a good experience overall. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the massage itself was good. I also appreciated in the end being served tea and baklava. It also came with cookies, pretzels and trail mix. The steam room, sauna, and pool were nice amenities, although accessing them required walking through the hotel gym, which felt unusual and disconnected. Hotel guests would also have access to these amenities. The change room was stocked with standard amenities and styling products, which was convenient. The only minor issue I experienced was with the blow dryer which would occasionally stop and needed to be unplugged and plugged back in multiple times. It would also be a nice addition if styling tools were available, similar to other spas. Overall, a relaxing visit with a few small areas for improvement.

2 weeks agoMy wife and I had a wonderful time at this spa! Strongly recommend the couple's massage. The spa has been recently renovated and it looks great! The men's area is now very nice, and the two waiting areas have been totally revamped. Treat yourself here!

3 months agoAn absolutely exceptional experience from beginning to end! I chose Miraj Hammam Spa for a birthday self-care day, and it exceeded every expectation. I booked the Turkish Bath Ritual, and every step felt luxurious and deeply relaxing. The experience began with a soothing steam session, followed by a full-body exfoliation, a bubble wash, and a clay body mask. Sylwia, was outstanding. She explained each step of the ritual, made me feel completely at ease, and provided such thoughtful, attentive care throughout. Her professionalism and warm personality made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I then had a 60-minute full-body massage with Edna, which was the perfect way to end the treatment. She took the time to focus on the areas I requested and checked in to ensure the pressure was just right. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and I especially loved the hand massage—it was such

6 months agoHere’s a polished version of your review: I had an amazing experience at Miraj Hammam Spa. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole visit feel effortless and welcoming. The atmosphere is beautifully designed—calming, luxurious, and perfect for disconnecting from the outside world. Every part of the experience felt high-quality, from the treatments to the overall ambiance. It’s truly a place where you can relax deeply and take a real break for yourself. The only downside is the parking. Valet is available but costs around $35 for about 4 hours, so you may want to plan ahead or look for nearby alternatives. Aside from that, it’s a wonderful, relaxing experience that I would absolutely recommend.

11 months agoI tried the Swedish massage therapy here. It was my first experience in massage therapy and I'm happy that I did it here. The atmosphere, the personnels and the masseuse were really professional and friendly. After the massage, the pool could be used for an unlimited period (11 pm) and the quality of the pool was good. I will definitely choose here again.

2 days agoThis spa is one of the best in Toronto. Would highly recommend a massage treatment when you visit as well. Josh was my masseuse and he did a great job. Service overall was outstanding.

2 weeks agoThe staff working at the reception of the gym and Water Amenties was mean, not friendly and looked for a reason to pick on me being there. I asked the staff did someone complain about me or my partner, staff said No, but still pursues to say I need you to leave. I paid $600 dollars before using the amenities, so they took my money already so telling me to leave was easy for them to do. I was robbed from this establishment, don't pay for anything until ypu are actually all finished. Or eles

7 months agoTerrible terrible guest service. I’ve gone to so many spas throughout Toronto and this one has been the absolute worst in customer service. Made me feel like the reservation mistake was my fault. When I was fully charged for a spa day I had no idea I was even supposed to be at, as I was thinking I was booked in for another day, I was blamed and told that it’s my responsibility to check my email and cancel if that’s the case. When I mentioned that those emails have gone to my junk so I had no idea, I was blamed again. I take full responsibility for canceling in the past as I would call day of and they would change the date for me, but why blame me if I’m saying I had no intention to even be there that day, why would I call and cancel for a day I don’t even know I’m supposed to be there. Kelsey, the manger basically kept telling me different reasons on why it was my fault and when I told h

a year agoFirst time visiting this spa, was super excited to go there and have a relaxing day. I booked a 60 minute massage. I was running a bit late but called the spa in advance to let them know. They said they would try their best to accommodate. However, when my massage service started, the masseuse only gave a 37 minute massage. She said she had another client and needed the room. During my 37 minute massage, I felt like she was rushing the service, which ruined the experience for me as my service was cut short. After the service, she seated me in the lounge area and served tea and cookies. Once I was ready to use the swimming pool I was told the pool was closed due to an emergency. I found out later on that a kid made a "mess" in the pool. Very disappointing and disgusted, like why are there kids in the pool at a spa anyways? Turns out the spa shares the swimming pool amenities with the r

a year agoI had a shocking experience. As I entered the pool area, a guest took a dump on the pool deck. He then had a shower and continued to the lounge area. I alerted the staff who closed and cleaned the pool area (hopefully well). We had planned on spending a few hours in the pool, so now we had to just wait for our spa treatments. I know this is not the spa's fault, but they dealt with it badly. They offered me no compensation for what was essentially a ruined experience. It's hard to get into your spa experience after seeing that. After I pushed them for compensation, they offered me a 20% discount on my package. I pushed them again and they offered me a 50% discount on part of my package (which was the same as 20% off the whole package). I was paying over $3K to be at the spa with my family for the day. It wasn't about the money. It was about having to negotiate multiple times for any compe

Edited a year agoI visited Miraj Spa for the first time, receiving a massage service as a gift. The reception staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Unfortunately, the massage itself felt hurried, and the therapist applied excessive pressure. The following day, I experienced significant shoulder pain that required me to take painkillers and seek immediate acupuncture treatment. I’m still seeing a specialist to manage the discomfort and aid in my recovery. I’m honestly exhausted from this ordeal and I have scheduled myself to see a physiotherapist and I will be going for a scan because I have never felt pain like this before. It’s truly disappointing that my experience turned out that way.

2 years agoI’ve been to a lot of spas and this one is by far the worst. I got the steam room treatment ($160). First of all there was garbage in the floor of the elevator. The receptionist was very rude. The person giving the treatment was also rude. I mentioned to her I did not want to get my hair wet. She didn’t bother offering me a shower cap (I saw them in the waiting area after) she also did not offer me a bra to wear in the steam room. I had to ask for one. The area I sat in after the treatment was not private either. What’s the point of paying $160 to sit in a room with a robe with a bunch of strangers? There’s no privacy and everyone’s naked under their robe. So if you want want to be covered you might as well just leave since it’s shared between men and women. On my way out the receptionist added 20% gratuity even though I had asked her not to. I did not feel like my service deserved a tip

a year agovisited this spa, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel comfortable right away. The cleanliness of the entire facility was impeccable, which added to the overall sense of relaxation. The massage was nothing short of amazing—perfect pressure, soothing atmosphere, and pure relaxation. After the massage, I spent time in the beautifully designed lounge, which was not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly peaceful—a perfect space to unwind. The pool facilities were also excellent, well-maintained, and a great addition to the overall experience. Every detail, from the ambiance to the service, made this visit truly special. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a top-tier relaxation experience.

The change room and massage room facilities/equipment are a bit old.
